I can advise you if you think 100 USD is a lot to pick up a top girl in Bangkok or Pattaya then you're likely better off not coming to Thailand if you're looking for top looking girls. Not all of us have the skill set that someone like Mr. E has to pick up top Pattaya girls for 700 baht. Expats like Mr. E and I also have time to our advantage as we can wait a girl's 10 day work rotation to end and see the girl on a day off, saving the barfine. I'm not saying that you would be unable to find a top looking girl in Thailand for 3000 baht but you're going to have to do some searching.
As you likely already read a top looking gogo girl in Pattaya from a bar like Palace or Sensations could run you 7000 baht ST including barfine and a few rounds of drinks. Add 2000 more if you want LT. Of course if you want run of the mill gogo girls you can still find them within your budget, on Soi 6, G clubs, massage joints, etc in Pattaya. But did you really dread flying across the world to look for mediocre looking girls?
Thailand is by far not the cheapest place to monger based on girl prices and hotels. If you want cheaper options, consider Jakarta, Phnom Penh, Angeles City, and Laos.

As Banana Boi stated, there are other places in Asia that are not as expensive and since you are in the US flying to South America is less stressful on the body and there are plenty of places with great gals that are not as expensive as Thailand. Argentina's economy is not so great now, so I am sure if your Spanish is good and you are adroit on the web, there will be some great gals that are way cheaper than BKK. I would not choose Thailand as a P4 P destination these days. IMHO the value is just not there. These gals are no more worth 100 USD short time then I am worth a million dollar football contract at my advanced age. To each his own, there are people that still think it is ok at these prices; I am not one of them.

Or try to make it in the USA. 20 years ago, you came to Thailand to monger. After that, you figured out it was a cool place and you came back for other reasons. For those of us coming here for years and / or living here, we know how to play the game and mongering is just another thing on the list we can do.
But coming here because you are looking for cheap sex? Nope. Unless you are into Chicken Shacks, and you would need someone local to tell you where they are. The days of Third World sex prices in Thailand diedn 15 years ago plus. Now its just another country where you can get laid at a price.
Which of those places is easiest to get around? Vientiane Laos or Phnom Penh, are they places you would recommend to someone who just wants an easy safe mongering stop for a week or two?

The main area is 6 very short blocks by 2 regular blocks where all the bars are. Pontoon and Le Cyrcee are also within walking distance but you may want to pay $2 for a tuk tuk ride instead. Darling Darling at the Naga World casino is also a short tuk tuk ride away. There are other bars nearby on the 170's streets.
Spending 2 weeks in PP for me was long. I prefer 3 or 4 night visits if I go. It's only a 1 hour AirAsia plane ride for under 100 USD from Bangkok.

But! I was in Buenos Aires a few years ago, and stayed in the downtown area. Went to a lot of places. NOT once did I see a head turner. Got to any major city in the world and you'll find beautiful women. Not in Argentina, at least for me. I also don't recommend The Dominican Republic, unless you like starfishes.

Of all the countries I have been to Argentina rates number 3 in terms of the most beautiful women after Sweden and Italy. Walking the streets of BA my head turned every few seconds. I sessioned some of the most beautiful women I've been to bed with there. The 2013/14 crackdown dealt me a severe blow.

My best sessions there were with girls from the DR, Paraguay, and Colombia. Argentinian working girls were a disaster. I enjoyed the city of Buenos Aires however, great food and a great place to visit. I never went back, due to poor mongering experience.

That's a big difference. Plus the girls have oput there prices up. 2,500 THB was US $70 in 2015, now 3,000 THB is US $100.
Jakarta is a pretty good place, lots of really pretty girls, good accommodation and food. Laos is ok but if you get caught with a local girl you could be in big trouble. Rare that it happens these days but you never know. Lots of Vietnamese girls there anyway, you're safe from LE with them.

Only ones I see putting prices up are bars and gogos. As far as girls, I am still paying them the same 1000 baht LT as I always have. I would defintiely be out of the game if I had to run around giving chicks 2500 and 3000 baht. Definitely not worth that to me.
