As far as I know, 700 THB is the baseline going rate on Beach Road, it has been for a few years. Up until 2015 or so the going rate was 500 THB, but then jumped to 700. Some girls might ask for more (especially if busy), but it's OK to offer 700 and see if they accept, most will. In any case, on Beach Road, dreadful quality (I'm not too picky, but it really is dire) is more of a problem than price. I haven't been to Beach Road in a few months, so I'm not 100% sure, but things change slowly there.

I just noticed two girls offering for 700 not really lookers but still. I'm scared so scared of all of the girls but yeah mostly beach road. I'm scared of STI's. I really often wonder if the bar girls like on Soi 6 could really be any safer at all. Why would the bars really test the girls for STI's? I see no reason for them to test the girls. I am originally from India and I know where Indian guys ruin it. I have been to Bangkok and Pattaya. I treated the girls really well. Showered, smelled good, good clothes and being polite. I saw a lot of Indian guys haggling with 1 girl for having sessions with multiple guys trying to get a combo deal or something. (I am Indian, and I understand the stereotype after spending a few days in 3 of the most popular cities in Thailand. I like to think that I'm different. I travel alone, I am fit and young, clean, dress well and I go into a place only if I can afford it, so I don't have to cheap out. There's still a small chance you might catch something, but it won't be AIDS. I'm sure you managed to get over a flu or strep throat a few times in your life so far, it's not life-changing.

It's useless to think about STI testing for girls. Indeed, the businesses don't have much incentive to test, except to tell paranoid customers they're testing (in which case, a doctor sign-off with no actual test would do just fine). You are right that it had nothing to do with race, and all to do with you only being there as an ATM. I have been told the exact same thing in stores when I have decided not to make a purchase. They get angry and say just go, as if I am not supposed to have a choice whether to spend my money there even if I do not see anything that I would like to buy.

You can not run a business by acting like you are doing the customer a favor by allowing him to spend his money there, and if he decides not to then you get angry and yell at him. Yeah. What more was that customer expecting?

My last visit to Moscow was a revelation.

The Strip Bars were great and welcoming as were the massage places.

With the Russian Ruble being approx Rs. 1. 10/- to 1 Ruble it is a because effective country to monger in.

Language can be a barrier but Google Translate helped a lot.

Most Strip bars charged an entry of Rub 2000/- which included a lapdance. The Girls expect a tip of Rub 100 for every time they come to you and a session there would cost you Rub 6-7 K depending on the establishment and the girl you choose.

The Massage Parlour I visited in Moscow cost me Rub 5000 and the girls were the most beautiful I have met.
