That has not changed.

My opinion Colombia is 100 x better. I was in Rio for the holidays a year ago, complete waste of time and money, maybe it is better at different times of the year, but I doubt it.

Food was bad, service was worse. Homeless people everywhere, no cops, garbage pilled up all over the place, it was pretty bad. Music was good, but that was about it. Where have you been going? Lately I've been going almost every month to see my Venezuelan GF that I met at one of the centro hostess bars back in October.
