As far as Oase is concerned, Arkadia Hotel is also a plus (compared to hotels in Darmstadt). I always find free parking next to Arkadia, and the hotel has in-room safes.

COB / COT is not a standard service. And no, it is not a fixed extra. You need to have COB cleared with the girl (Is she up for it? Does she want money for it? If so, what kind of money does she expect?).

10- 15 years ago many, but not all girls were up for it, and it was never an extra, given permission was granted. The way it should be IMHO. These days ... well, you need to have everything clarified with the girl.

That said, I have had many sessions at Wellcum with COB for free post c19 (COB/COT seems to be an Italian thing). Many girls at the Hessen clubs offer it as an extra at 50 E (to which I politely decline), but some still offer it for free or a small tip (at least in an extended session).
