Astor is ok if you checking in with your GF / wife / partner but if your friend is expecting to call multiple women then Astor will an issue. Yes The park have night clubs and if your friend staying in the park ask him to drop by at Roxy over Tantra as it has better crowd and if your friend is a ladies man he can score with a non wg too.

Called up 69- quoted 1600 and not 1500 as stated in earlier reports. Not sure if this is the same one which has been referred to (clearly mentioned it's from 1600 onwards).

As far as building 39 is concerned it's semi premium / premium building of sg (mostly bong items) and rate is 3200 for 1. 5 hrs inclusive of dance and shot.

Its basically similar to famous P spa, only some local servant type people are running it from front.

5 girls were paraded in front, all wearing hot dress and padded bra (yes, don't get too excited seeing their sizes).

Girls have moderate figures, all wearing heals and high makeups to show themselves attractive.

I choose one, and after same namesake message, their deed started.

As expected they are real amateurs about this, only CBJ and fake moaning is their known way to give pleasure.

Finished the deed in 30 minutes, she asked for tip, gave 100.

Now about cleanliness and hygine.

Room is shabby and humid, looks like a worn out brothel from 90's.

They have 2 rooms with Taps (don't expect anything like attached shower) and other rooms are just tiny message beds.

They have one common bathroom with geyser and that room is quite outside all mesging rooms, you have to go among all other customers and girls wearing towel.

Damage - 1500+100.

Repeat. HELL NO.

Have stayed at Park 3 times in recent past. The nightclubs are guaranteed pickup, rates are high and so is the quality. Just tip 500 to the security if any issues, though I have never been asked even once about taking someone upstairs.

Came to know most of the premium buildings are in this one lane called Kabiraj st. Don't know if 39 is there as well. Wondering what do fellow mongers here prefer between Spa and these premium buildings.

Bina is available with Sita boudi, is a pipe cleaner and rims for 500 more.

Lokkhi is available with the SP at the ground floor, overall GFE experience.

They are in there late 30's and not very great looking, but satisfy with their services.
