My TG P4P experience is limited to an area from NEP to SC, and mostly around the former. Besides a handful of MPs, Biergarten & Thermae, it is also exclusively with SWs.

In 8 months of living in Bangkok I have walked around this area quite a bit and in doing so seen perhaps hundreds of WGs. Its up to individual interpretation, but since there is a Bangkok Massage Parlours thread, most MP visits and info are reported there. The Bangkok thread is therefore for all other Bangkok stuff, e.g. bars and bargirls, freelancer street walkers, Gentlemen's clubs, etc.

I treat the General Thread for as the place for miscellaneous stuff that doesn't pertain to any particular place or perhaps stuff not related to sex, e.g. where to get a phone card, cameras, etc.

But 1500 Baht is the going rate for FS (full sex) in Bangkok "Oily" MPs so just ignore those who are saying its a lot of money. Some mongers are on a very tight budget.

That is quite true as far as the girl is concerned, but in order to avoid any confusion on this subject, lets not forget the fee for the house, which, I am told, ranges somewhere between 600-800 baht for a 90 minute session.

So the total cost for an average 90 minute session, including FS, will cost the monger 2100-2300 baht.

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot that the girls usually expect a little "tip" of 500 baht as well, which brings the actual cost up to 2600-2800 baht. Not bad for a session of great sex with a beautiful young girl, but not inexpensive either.

I most certainly did not read lazily, and I most certainly did understand that Bellyboy got 'full service' for that price. I was merely noting that all he got in the way of a blow job was a covered one - and thus to most of us worthless, and really somewhat below the standard one can still expect in Bangkok. However I do not doubt that BBBJ will become more and more rare as the scene declines, prices increase, and the supply of girls continues to contract.

Actually I don't usually add it up and what I pay isn't always the same. It depends on the girl a lot. If she was rather ordinary, I would just tip the standard 1500 in addition to the massage fee downstairs whatever it was.
I often reserve the right to extend to 2 hours, if I am having a good time.
I may pay extra beyond the 1500 to the girl if she put in a really exceptional performance and depending on how hard she had to work for it. This confuses the girl sometimes as I don't necessarily tip exactly the same amount each time for the same girl but explain that she got extra because I was specially difficult on that occasion.
Its fair that the harder she works, the more she gets.
I do work the girls harder than the average customer. But being rewarded accordingly, they are usually happy to see me again. Girls don't like guys that are unjust.

No, they don't.
If you are refering to oilies, then the girls are very happy to pocket the 1,500 and do not expect anything more. Of course, tips are always well appreciated but not at all "expected".

Even the Tulip girls, who offer Anal as a standard to all customers do not charge more than 1,500. I always tip them because of the Anal offer and also for the fact that they are really service minded and make a lot of efforts, but none of them ever expect a tip.

I agree with that, I yesterday was with a girl at a soi 26 oily and tipped her extra (over and above the 1,500) because we went at it for the full 2 hours of the session (I had trouble coming). She never complained and was rather happy saying I was "strong" and that she liked me. She gave me her phone and made me promise to call her on her day off so we can see each other again (Not sure I will do that as it is too soon to invite her to my home but I will surely go back and see her next week).

This unfair rigging of the game against the customer is why one should never tip. The reward to the good girls will be a very busy day with many returning customers, and thus a high income. The one who offers poor service will presumably have to subsist only on first-timers as no one will return to see her a second time.
