There is no reason to needlessly add to all the risks you already run by not taking some simple precautions. Do you cross the street without checking the traffic because you can anyhow die of foodpoisoning; or don't wear a safetybelt in your car because you might anyhow be killed by a homicidal maniac around the corner? Even if you have less chance now to develop full blown AIDS when you catch HIV, you are now a source of this infection, so at least have some consideration for your fellow mongers. Prior to 2007 or so, Thailand had very strong HIV / AIDS awareness campaigns with a very strong emphasis and condom-use. And they managed to bring down the spread of HIV significantly, so BB among Thai was then certainly not the norm. Alas, now the major part of the HIV / AIDS budget goes to Anti-Retroviral Therapy and the "new" generation of sex-workers is far less aware of the dangers of BB due to the lack of information.

A few days in Bangkok.

A business trip to Myanmar provided the opportunity to visit Bangkok for the first time. Focusing on work was a challenge, as my thoughts would drift to streets full of lovely Thai ladies ready and willing to satisfy my carnal desires. The room was small, dingy and hot. Stripped and proceeded to the shower. She had a nice little body with perky A-cups. The massage, if it can be called that, was a nonevent. I entered around 2100 to see what was available. The facility is old but the history adds charm. On a scale of 1-10, the girls were a five.
