Two Friends and I plan to go down to TJ in the next few weeks for some fun but two of us will not have our passports ready. I am just wondering how much of a hassles the customs guys will give us for not having our passports? FWIW, I would play the "Oh, I thought that went into effect NEXT June!" card, and not let on to the fact that you went into Mexico to bang hookers, all the while knowing that you didn't have the proper documentation to return.
