Agree with the discussion below that 1 hour is the best negotiable hourly rate to start with a WG picked first time from any club, no matter where in the world.

I apply a different philosophy. I always go for long time from the outset and kick them out when I'm done. In my experience, the price difference between LT vs ST is just 20-30% with a bit of gentle negotiation. What this means is there is no rush and you can start with drinks and build up a rapport. I have had a couple of occasions where the girl wanted to leave after a few hours, preferring to sleep in their own beds (I get that and sometimes kick them out when I'm done), but that's fine, I still get more time than a regular ST appointment and the girls get more too.

Used the ST approach for the first time last night and it was indeed super effective! Took two different girls to my room at Moscow. One Georgian at 10:30-11 pm and one Armenian at about 1:30-2 am after getting back to RS. Both quoted 1200 for 2 hours and I agreed at 800 for one shot. So essentially 1600 for 2 shots with different women and enough time to get my boner back to peak performance. Both girls were 7 ish, and it was a good time, Must say I would definitely use this approach again, particularly at the meat markets.

I went recently and half the club was asian or at least asian looking girls which surprised me a lot. 1200 for 2 hours is not a bad price from the standard rate of 1000/ hour but that maybe that only holds true for the russian girls with managers who do not budge.
As part of my return to US, booked a 20 hour stay in Dubai. I booked in M Square by Hilton. Checkin was easy. Through my old contact, who is now in Ho Chinh Minh, got connected to a lady who was supposed to come. She had her red days, and connected me to another viet. For some reason, I was craving for Viets in this trip. The person asked for 800 for a room visit. I negotiated it down to 550 for ST. Walking into the hotel was easy with no one asking me anything. She was a 6 in my world, petite and a good MM rack. She was not open to DFK. Had a good session. We showered and she started getting dressed up. I asked for a second shot. She was half okayish for a second. Her moves bothered me, and I let her go.
After 11:30 PM, went to Ratsky. It was crowded. One of the girls whom I knew before pointed to me that filipinas are on one side and Viets on the other side. Viets are aggressive in upselling their day out. Asked for a viet to sit. She asked me, if I was interested in taking her to my room. I said, need more time. She left. Found another viet, the story was the same. Asking rate for 1 K for LT. I felt that this was high for viets. They seem to be catching up with russian girls on prices. Don't know what the price would be at 2:30 AM. Found another viet, negotiated it down to 800. She was open to staying until 4 AM. Brought her to my room. Front desk called me to get a copy of her ID. Had a very good first session. We rested a bit and had a second session. It was 3:00 AM by then. She sheepishly asked me to rest and wanted to leave. I was okay with her leaving.
What are my observations in the past 2 years: There is a price inflation. From Sep 2024 where an LT for viet was 600, its gone up to 800+. Its harder to find viets without babies. Most of them are moms in the 27+ range. Finding those 24/25 year old viets are harder (in 2 years). Quality of service has gone down dramatically. Viets were not time watchers and pleasing us was more important. Not anymore. Dubai is getting expensive with lower Quality of Service. Damn!
