Do you people not watch the news? This is a pandemic. Even Trump now says that if 100,000 or less Americans are dead from it by the end of April, he has done a good job. It's basically everywhere and if you know someone that has it, it's too late for you. Think with your big head for once and lock yourself down.
I do not know a Thai girl who has been officially diagnosed with COVID but I do know a former Soi 6 girl who lives just outside of Bangkok now who was very sick from March 15 to March 28, per her Facebook. When she felt well enough to go out she was all over Bangkok yesterday. Did she have COVID and was never diagnosed? Possibly. Would she have went outside if she were physically capable of doing so over those 13 days? Absolutely.

She walked to me from wherever she was and she was straight for the stroke. I could not wait to get home and get into those guts. She was pretty affectionate, but at the same time she was very paranoid. I could not figure it out. She went in to take a shower and came back out. I had my phone upright on the wireless charger and she went over and took it off the charger and laid it down. I said why did you do that? She said in case video. I started laughing. I told her that a video camera can be anywhere, not just in the phone. I said in the TV for instance. She said that some guy recorded her before and she did not know. She looked in his phone and saw it. So because of that she is extra cautious.

She said she went to Bangkok but because of the stuff happening she would have had to go to Udon and transfer there in order to get to Sakon Nakhon, so she came back to Pattaya. I called bullshit. But she showed me the tickets both ways. Well damn.
The day after that she hit me up saying her mom was worried that I made a video of her. I said that is why I wanted her to leave, because she kept talking crazy. She wanted me to send her a picture of my TV. I sent one and asked why she wanted a picture of my TV. Then I remembered that I told her mom a camera could be anywhere, for example inside of a TV. Now the bich thinks there is a camera inside of MY TV. She said that she already knows her mom is crazy. The mom has sent me messages asking for a picture of my TV and saying she will go to the police if a video of her surfaces. I have not answered any of her messages.

That is not just Bang Lamung (of which Pattaya is a part), but also Sattahip, Laem Chabang, Muang (town) Chonburi, Si Racha, etc.

One Belgian chap had spent an evening at a beer bar on Beach Road Soi 8 and was later diagnosed in Rayong Province (and so is counted as a Rayong case, not Chonburi - "finders keepers" so it seems) .
The Soi Yensabai case is also not included in the Chonburi numbers, because she'd decided to share it with the good yeomen (and yeowomen) of Nongbualamphu province before being identified. The bottom line is that it's here but appears to be at low levels. Appearances can be deceptive, mind.

Few times in past when I'm lying down and girl is sucking me and I can't come. I've drawn a number of conclusions living here about the government leaders you hear their recommendations, the solution to the simplest of problems so I cringe so when it comes to the Virus I say God help us especially when the leaders are so racist, prejudice and discriminatory take that with the corruption as part of doing business and the acceptance philosophically telling a white lie is good for people it would be tough to find out the real numbers? When it comes to education in general for the majority of the Thais there is little basic education on bacteria or hygiene everything seem to based on rumors and superstitious beliefs " This is Thailand " I've heard that there are cases here but nothing first hand as to someone close just rumors and more rumors now panic seem to be starting in which again isn't surprising.

The older ones are probably more educated in that matter because they mostly relate on what the old style pharmacist tells them (we can still find a few pharmacists like that, not big branches that only sells western stuffs, but the ones that really try to find a cure to their patients where the pharmacist is a bit like an old Chinese doc).

Although the issue of always having the same related conversation as if we never discussed it before comes also a lot in my own circles so it's not only typical to Thais.
Restaurants only allowed as take-away only as of today. Some restaurants go on serving seated customers behind closed doors. Entrance through back door. Apparently it is legal for customers to be seated upstairs (as opposed to on the ground floor). Viruses are not supposed to climb stairs. I don't find this game of hide-and-seek with regulations shocking. On the contrary.

You get looked askance if not wearing a mask, even in situations where having a mask on is just plain dumb. There is a spiel with heat guns at entrances. How many of those toys ever detected a single positive?. They should get their act in order with the sanitiser gels instead. Many gels are fake. The smells of ethanol or rubbing alcohol are unmistakable at the concentrations needed. Those gels only smell nice and make your hands sticky.
