I only been to Colombia once. In my opinion in comparesion to the DR it's like "variety v / s quantity". Colombia gave a very nice variety. Not just in color, but the mixture of cultures showed in the beauty of the women. And I would say the average Chica performance was better. The women were cheaper, City bigger, no problem finding weed and a lot more accessibility to professional Women. So I haven't I've been back to silicone valley.

My choices is the DR. Mr. E said it best "the DR give you that hometown" feeling. It's simplicity is rewarding. The beach the babe and my room is just a hip-hop and a step! And as Oakie stated "Each cherry season brings new fruit", (well he didn't say like that). The quantity of meetings a young semi pros and fresh non pros is a constants occurrence and stimulate.
Now throw in the Haitians. These female Creo speaking, dominantly chocolate, African descendants, fat ass, Second class treated citizens are hungry too. They are abundant and the DR. And I support single mothers. LOL.

My posts are mainly directed towards the the newbie, who like I was once, is contemplating a trip to Sosua. The seasoned monger usually knows the deal.

I'm always interested in hearing the comparisons though, because one day I may accompany a buddy to Columbia. I've seen Thai from afar for years (you can even walk around the place on YouTube or Google Street view) talked to many who have been there, and have figured out that it is not for me. Neither is Brazil.

Sosua is an especially good scene for old guys, because there's no age difference taboo in public. I have lots of young lady friends I can go to the beach or have a beer with, unlike my home town, and that keeps me young!

An important part of the interactions for me is the Sense Of Humor, Papi! :)

It is close to the states, good looking women, and an all around great place to enjoy yourself. At 65 this is the spot for me personally. I have been to all over the world mongering and at his time of my life there is no more a convenient place to go than the DR. In my opinion it has a lot more pros than cons. Is it Brazil? No. Nor Columbia or Thailand. Each has its own features and pleasures. The best bang for the buck is definitely the DR. Quick and easy to get to. The P. I. And other Asian spots are just to far away these days for me. Plus they all look alike with very little deviation in style. It's bad enough for me to travel from Las Vegas every other month as it is. Traveling is not getting easier so I prefer the easy way out and the women are diverse. They cover all of the rainbow and all types of body styles to chose from. Yes gentlemen it's the DR for me.

Going down for two weeks the end of May. Decided to take the advice of the forum (thanks) and will do BC - Sousa - SD or BC. My question now is should be make reservations or not? We need three rooms and are looking at New Garden or Casa Valeria for right after Memorial Day (May 30 – Jun 3). Both hotels are showing low availability, with one saying 5 rooms left and the other 3. I am using tripadvisor / expedia. My question is should we reserve rooms or take our changes when we get there? I think I remember seeing there is a discount at one of them for ISG members.

On a sad note, they levelled the old Caypso Hotel (love motel) yesterday. My first couple of days in Sosua years ago, found me there with the infamous local tranny Naomi.

After politely declining and payng him / her the 500 pesos he / she asked for we remained good acquantances until she met her tragic end!

And as of today, Rumba is still waiting for opening permits!

Sure enough, it shows about eight to ten feet of swell from the northeast hitting the north coast of the DR right now. A lot of that wave action will make it onto the beach in Sosua. The WaveWatch Three model shows the waves beginning to subside tomorrow and especially this weekend.

Do any of the hotels offer cash or ISG member discounts? I thought I remember reading that some hotels did.

I'm cool with winging it and taking my chances. My thought was that rooms should be available as the dates are right after Memorial day weekend and most American dudes would be heading back to the states.

I spent 3 nights in the Su and 1 day in Santiago. I stayed in Sosua suites acroos the street from Rockies. It is one of the closest venues to the action. The place is dated but everything works, You get a 1 bedroom apartment for 55 a night. The owner is a great guy who should be supported. You can bring as many women you want as long as they have a cedula.

I was there the week before Easter on weeks days. Never the less I lost count of how many ladies shared my bed. One lady provided me with some very good smoke and I shared it with several of the ladies who visited with me. So this is one of the slowest weeks of the year and I set a PR for the number of chicas I hit. To be honest I had a win fall of cash so I went hog wild. Threw out all the rules.
