Am not a regular monger in Dubai (only done few occasions), but shopping malls and cafes do have a solicitation vibes from tourists but not all necessarily WGs.
So if someone is brave to hit a conversation with 2 European ladies in a completely social manner in a cafe. I don't think there is moral policing behind the scenes like Saudi, but locals please add / correct, it will be useful to other punters as well!!

The responses are relating to attempts to solicitate or if you assume you are approaching a working girl. Not sure about you, but many people wouldn't like to be bothered when they are shopping in a mall. So I would imagine a single girl being approached by a random dude in a mall would raise her guard and can be a bit creepy. In western countries you may just get ignored but in the mid east if you get reported you will see the policing side of things which is grim and ruthless if they think you are a pervert. With the plethora of options from clubs to online dating apps why bother taking a risk.

Picked a girl somewhere 8 ish as it was getting late and I never wanted to stay there anymore. Got her registered with no issues. By the way I was staying at Doubletree Hilton M Square and had one of the best experiences of my life. The girl knew some English, and had no attitude at all. I have friends that have picked up what looked like regular girls from Dubai mall. But I would advise caution. What happened is that they invited him to a restaurant of their choice (Vaga Bluewaters) and ordered the most expensive drinks on the menu and he got a bill of over 2 k AED. So it was a well planned scam. So I would avoid it.

I find the establishments very grim but inhouse is more convenient and usually better rates from the girls for ST or couple of hours rates. I found Sarab rooms not too bad compared to Broadway but Sarab staff are a pain everyone wants to milk you and not in a fun way. Broadway rates and additional charges are very clear but rooms are so bad.

Sarab staff are a bunch of crooks. I got into a big fight with the familiar Egyptian waiter in the club after he tried to fuck over me and my friend over the prices of drinks. I mean he knows me and knows I know the prices. Complete cunts. I took a Syrian from there recently who promised anal and then didn't deliver.
Most of the girls there are not good but I have to say I met my all time favorite Syrian there. She has seen 25 plus repeats and still going strong and has long moved on from that shit hole after going independent.

I am normally an introvert and polite but my first Alsarab stay within ten minutes of arrivals I was out of my shell. Had to be assertive with receptionist who wanted to charge for guest when I booked room for two, bouncer who wanted to charge entry and the waiter who wanted to inflate the price but the girl already told me the low down about prices. Then pay the manager for exit fees etc.
Nothing beats a reliable regular. I am going to avoid Sarab, explore other areas like Asaina (the rooms seem clean) and only go Broadway as back if all else fails. I will report back if I discover anything new.
