Saves making a detour and parking issues.
It is a modern bank standing in space with a short drive-in. There are drive-through ATMs outside the building on the right, but I would advise you to tell your driver to pull in to the main bank building as the ATM is inside the entrance and thus more secure. Even safer would be to take your card to the teller counter. You will need to produce your passport. This way you have the advantage that your can order a selection of small bills and coins. (Small bills and coins can be hard to come by in the DR, which causes you to overpay, as many sellers do not have change for gringos). For example, if I am drawing 25,000 pesos, I ask for:
15 x 1000.
10 x 500.
10 x 200.
10 x 10.
20 x 50.
1000 in coins (25 peso coins or a mixture).
The downside is you will need a bit of Spanish unless have previously written the amounts clearly on a piece of paper. The first time I pushed my slip of paper under the grill the chica looked alarmed. I think she had been watching too many bank hold-up movies. If there is queue (line) at the counter you may want to revert to plan A and use the ATM in the entrance, depending on how patient your driver is.
At the day there are many types of mongers in sosua depending on duration and frequency of trips; and also your lifestyle back at home.
If I was in Sosua or DR at least 4 weeks a year, I will be paying 1500 for sure; and work on a network of regular girls, sugar babies, single moms, students, etc.
I am more of a 5 to 7 days guy in DR per year; which means that at the end of the day I may have to pay more on average. I am not going to let the girl I like go with another monger.
Because I didn't want to spend an extra 500. I like to offer 2000 for ST because I know it's a good price. That what I pay during the day. And on my last day I usually spent even 2500 for ST just because I don't want to waste time and get behind on the # of nuts I budgeted.

I have thousand and 1500 pesos Chica’s. But a good performance will always include an extra 500 pesos and or gift. Because it feels that 2000 pesos is the norm for good service.

In the countless times that I have been to Sosua I have NEVER seen guys out with a female that was 5 years under the legal age. Now this chick says it is a common occurance to see one in public kissing a grown man in broad daylight as well as at night. Did see it once when Gogo took me to Puerto Plata though. She is very popular in the DR. The bar and resturant meeting happen already when it was told clubs and bars on pedro have to move I think in 14 months. This issue does not really matter if you hang in other areas but if you only go to Sosua because you cannot pull outside of there then this might be a problem.
