We do not pay taxes and salaries are quite good. Hence there is inflation. Hence the talk about girls costing more here as compared to other countries is true but in local context it is not much of an issue. Not all travellers find it expensive.
If Dubai is not such a good destination, why more than 300,000 high net worth individuals have moved to Dubai only in this year. It has so many good things like safety, lifestyle. Your family can walk at midnight without any fear in any part of Dubai. From mongering point of view the option of multiple nationalities is fun. Apart from Russians Ukranians and other EE girls you have option of trying Iranians, Syrians, Moroccans, Asians, Latinas and so many other nationalities.
I had lived in Dubai from late 1990 for almost 20 years. In early 2000, it started growing up. Economic status, diversity, architecture, business growth, governance and the growth was rapid. Naturally it attracted talents which includes the Mingers and Provides. After 20 years in Dubai, I had travelled most part of the world, Europe, US, Far East, South East. FKKS in Germany; Lady Mermalaid clubs in London, Karaoke joints in Korea, Pick up joints in Colombia, street walkers and clubs in Indonesia. But nowhere I have seen the spread & variety, value for money, ease of pick up and best of experience. So I make it a point to spend few days twice or thrice in Dubai. Shortly I am on a business visit to Dubai, Fixed appointments with two of my regulars for a perfect dual and duet.

There seems to be a club / lounge inside that seems interesting that I noticed passing by. There were spectacularly beautiful Russian ladies dressed to the 9's waiting just outside the lounge entrance. It was obvious what they were looking for.
Any intel on this place?

Went to club EVE last night talent was 50/50 from the lone manager working out of EVE. 50% below 5 and the balance 7 and above. Now to my liking I made it very simple with the manager I asked her to help me pick the best girl from my shortlisted ladies. She picked a girl saying very sweet and good service and from the looks of it she looked like it would be a good service from her end.
Upon arriving on the topic of finances she quoted.
1- 1000 for 1 HR.
2- 1300 for 2 HR.
3- 16000 for 3 HR.
4- 2000 for 4 hours.
+ taxi while I did not haggle about the price cause I usually get 1500 4-5 hours from what I've paid in the past. What blew me away was.

Say I go to RS, would I have to get a room at Moscow hotel for short time or would a girl be willing to come to a hotel 15 minute cab ride away? Does this change pricing?

Most girls will gladly join you for a (up to about 20 min) taxi ride, assuming you bring them to a decent hotel. Upon leaving, they'll try to get some 'taxi money'. Just give them 50-100.
I always confirm with the girl or manager that the time starts upon arriving to the hotel. They always agree, but just better make sure in advance.
