Bro, instead of Seren you should have tried ST spa behind alphabet city which has good collection. They do not have the NE therapists though. You may ping them on WA and they are okay to send the pics of their therapists. I have tried one of their therapists (Miss M from Mumbai) which was good. Planning to try others soon.

They promise the sky and does not deliver either. I had a similar exp where she said everything as a package and it turned out to be a mistake from my side.
What was delivered is not close to what's promised. The idea of sticking to what we want will perhaps save our money to spend at a different place.
