I am in Cebu City now. The Kid is with me. Have to hand it to him,he is not hard to amuse.Give him a place to "hang" and some beers to drink and he is " a man at peace". Yesterday, I joined him at the little cafe in front of the Hotel at 2:00PM. No alcohol is to be served as it was the day prior to elections. Still, the chinese owner had the girls serving him beer in a metal water pitcher which he drank from a coffee pot. My lovely Stella arrived at 3:30. We left to attend Mass as it was Mothers' Day. Returned 1 1/2 hours later and the Kid was right where we left him.

At 6:00PM we headed inside the Hotel for a marathon sex session. Sent him a message at 9:30PM asking what he was doing. Replied, "chatting with an ex Aussie cop". I said, "same place"? His reply, "yep". 7 1/2 hours and still "going strong" No need for lovely asian ladies for the Kid. Just some drink and someone to talk with about anything. For all I know he could still be out there now at 05:00AM. I had to get up to see Stella off as she had to get home to work the election poll today.

We will hang here for at least another day if anyone wants to "hook up". Next stop is either Ormoc or Cagayan de Oro. I know plenty of lovely ladies aged 18-32 in both places. The Kid is content as long as he has a place to drink and someone to listen to his NYPD stories. Interesting but a "been there and did that" long ago for me.

There are many nice Hotels in your price range with a/c and restaurants. The Kiwi Lodge down by Pier 1 would be my first choice for you as there are plenty of guys hanging there wit whom you can chat. Rooms are nice and havecabel tv, a/c private bathroom, etc. Hasa Bar downstairs where you can chat. Others would be the Cebu Midtown at Fuente Osmens and the standard rooms at Crowne Regency in Guadalupe. These are nice and also hae the a/c, cabel, bath and the Hotel hs the Massage parlor stocked with ladies 18 hrs a day.

Cebu has much less crime than Manila and is totally different from AC. The nightlife is downtown for the sleazy bars and clubs on Jakosalem, Pelaez and Sancinagko Sts (take a taxi everywhere here; do not walk). The nicer, upscale clubs are the Silver Dollar (happy hour 5-9PM is good) and the Firehouse on Osmena Blvd, and another dozen or so (Dimples, Exotica, Viking, Papillions,Black hole, etc) on Gen Maxilom 1 k norht of the circle. All are easy to reach.

Pros are all over Fuente Osmena (the circle), especially in the Park in the middle of the circle at night. A few massage parlors are located at the circle near the Shakey's Pizza parlor. On wekends during the day on 1st Flloor of Robinson's Dept Store here at Fuente you can sit and drink coffee at the cafe in the center and pick up both regular and pro girls. Pros show up early to pick up men hanging here. More on this in a later post.

Tons of god restaurants here, Mikado for Japanese alone Archbishop Reyes and three more Japanese restaurants, one good chinese and one Thai and several Continental restaurants, all in the Crossroads Comlex located on Archbishop Reyes St 2 kms past Mikado on the opposite side of the street. Live music brings the ladies out on weekends from 10:00PM till 04:00AM here in the center of the complex. There is a disco here also and an upscale massage parlor which I have not yet tried.

The Hotels in my last Post were for Fifh n Chips. Now to the other questions:

The women in Cebu are quite beautiful. They are brown skinned and have dark hair. Many have big tits which I love. As to price for the pros; I never pay more than P1200. The girls on the street around Fuente Osmena should be no more than P600. My favorite Club is Silver Dollar on Osmena Blvd. I like to go here around 7:00PM with Happy Hour taking place. There are at least 20 girls there then and few men. I saw a good ten that were hot looking last week when I was in there. I also like Exotica on Gen Maxilom. I usually just take a girl up to VIP for 1-1 1/2 hours of serious fucking. Cost is P1500 and includes your drinks.

For other activities there are beaches nearby. Some fabulous white sand beaches on Mactan Island around the other side from the Airport. It is a good idea to visit here with a lady. The Hotels here are strictly BYOG.

It can be fun to visit the downtown markets. Colon Street is the oldest Street in the Philipines. Has plenty of massage parlors here but is not for night strolling. I visited Santo nino Church with my Jen last week for the first time ever. it is worth seeing but not after dark. You can also visit the Tao Temple in Beverly Hills section of Cebu or the Top Hills.
It can be fun to take day trips out of Cebu city to villages in the area. Cebu has some nice golf courses also.

The Silver Dollar is my favorite Culb here. I first visited it back in 1992. I used to stay in the downtown Hotels in Cebu back then. Personally, it is good to be thrifty when funds are tight but for $ 20/nt extra you can get much better Hotels. I usuall pay between $40 -$55 per night for a Hotel in both Cebu and Davao. I stay in anywhere from Deluxe rooms to Suite rooms depending on price. If you have a woman with you (and who the fuck would not?), the nicer Hotels have the necessary amenities (room service, swimming pool & jacuzzi, terraces, cable tv) to enhance your trip. You will have less need to venture out and thus save money over the long run.

If the hotel is expensive for beers or hard liquor, I pick up beers and soft drinks at a nearby Sari-Sari store and get the liquor at Tinder Box (next to Crossroads Complex on Archbishop Reyes). I remember the horrible hangover I got last year from dnts to rinking two bottles of red wine in the upstairs Cafe at Crowne Regency Hotel in Cebu. The bottles were P590 each ( I get a 10% discount on all food and drinks in the Hotel) but sold for less then P200 at Tinder Box. Cheap wine at its cheapest. Now, I bring my own with me and buy additional wines at Tinder Box.

I always felt that the Firehouse on Osmena Blvd had the best group of "hot looking" women. But I never had any luck with them. One when I was there a year ago even got up whe I bought her a drink to go and chat iwth a girlfriend. While she was off chatting, I paid my bill and headed out and uo the street to the Silver Dollar. The Silver Dollar has the best price I found for viagra anywhere. Even beats the prices I saw on several websites.

The Silver Dollar has the only worthwhile Happy Hour I have found in any of the Clubs. It begins at 5:00PM and there are plenty of women there at that time so you don't have to sit there alone or talking with some ex-pat on social security or disability who wants to bore you with his life story. The drinks are much cheaper then and with less guys hanging around, there are few, if any, smokers. From 10:00PM forward I found the air impossible to breathe here and would always head out. The Firehouse also does a happy hour but the one time I stopped by last year it was dark, a couple girls sitting alone and no music. It was pretty bad. I drank one beer and made my way up to the Silver Dollar where business was bustling. There is a good Italian Restaurant next to the Firehouse on Osmean Blvd. has good italian wines and good food.

One more comment on the Silver Dollar. Last week while I was there I ran into a gorgeous, tiny lady on my way to the toilet. She had a very tiny, light green bikini. She said hello to me as I walked by. I woud love to take her to VIP there and give her a royal fucking. Unfortunately, I could not at that time.

As I mentioned on the Davao Board, all of my pals living in or regularly travelling to the Philippines have locked themselves into monogamos relationships. Essentially they are all married. Ys i have two children in the Philippines which should make me the "guy chained to the anchor" but that is NOT the case. Both are in apartments/homes which I own or rent for them. Separate islands also and they are gainfully employed and have little free time to contrive on how to spy on dragon slayer or get the ring inserted into his nose.

Last week I was with one of my pals at the Silver Dollar for a little R&R and break from my lovely Jen. I just wanted some quality time out with the guys so to speak. Jen was to hook up with his woman. however, she refused to take my Jen's calls and did not answer her texts. Instead, she was setting records for the most texts sent to a boyfriend sitting at the Bar in the Silver Dollar. If she did not set a new record, she came damn close.

He left 30 minutes after we arrived. I as flying solo, just like I do on my evenings alone in Davao (what else is new?). I decided to just amke the most of it and get a couple of the ladies over to my seat. Jen then texted me that she was down at Santo nino Church once more; but this time alone at night. Easily one of the roughest areas of Cebu at night. I told her to get a cab immediately and join me at the Silver Dollar.

So much for a night out with the guys. I hung out until 9:30PM and then took Jen out to dinner. The hot nymph in the green thong bikini will have to be "kept on ice" a little while until I return. She did have a nice body and one hell of a "rack" for such a tiny girl.

I would agree that Silver Dollar all things considered is a good place for p4p and would recommend it. The layout, the atmosphere, the quantity and friendliness of ladies, and maybe more important the early bird price of san mig and the lower bar fines makes the place.

Over the four months I was in Cebu, I visited the vast majority of bars from Arena to Jaguar and everything in between less the bars in Lapu2x or on the outskirts of Cebu. I found the best lookers at Jaguar. The quantity there was the highest I witnessed and it is a KTV type setting. I would state that it is the best place to bring the curious girl friend. The prices for the ladies vary but the lowest priced is to expensive but the high end ladies costing 6-8,000 pesos plus might be a good value if you are looking for a stunner and are not in Makati. Not my cup of tea as I have the time and try to develop a relationship for a month at a time before I get bored and find a new one.

All other bars were generally unremarkable and especially so if you have been through Angeles. I prefer Cebu for the FH ladies if you have the time. I like the physical environment of Cebu and it has enough going for it

Contrary to reports, the pizza at Lone Star wasn't so great. I also confer that the best buffet was at the Marriot. My fav place to drink a cold one to watch the sunset was on the rooftop of Holiday Plaza.

I will state that the best place to hunt for good looking tall "university students" is Ayala mall if you have game and have the time. The quantity is there. I think the promo ladies at the Malls are hit up too much as they are not moving. Be gregarious and start talking up the ladies and pass on your cell number on a biz card or whatever.

However the biggest quantity of normal ladies without attitudes is to be found downtown during the day without a doubt. Amen. Hanging there after dark is a different story.

If you are cheap, don't like the street walkers, and want to get it on right away, just hang near/inside any of the several short time hotels around Cebu and find a lady who has just finished taking a shower, give her the glad eye and 500 pesos 2-3 hours $10 is not difficult to negotiate.

I would state Robinsons at Fuente has the highest ratio of decent ladies ready to get it on for 500-1000 pesos short time. Price would depend on looks etc...

Bo's coffee shop would be the epicenter with the ladies lurking from above hanging on the railings and just stopping in front of your tracks whilst you are sipping your cafe, 10 feet away, hoping you would initiate a conversation.

To me, Philippines is paradise and Cebu is the best city therein. I am going back after the rainy season and hope to meet my good friends there once again.

As Tout01 so professinally stated it, there is a variety of nightlife in Cebu. For mall girls go to Robinson's Mall at the circle (fuente osmena) after 9:00AM. Sit at the coffee shop in the center of the Mall down past the Cebu Pacific Ticket Office. You will find plenty of ladies walking by, mnay of whom are pros and semi-pros who work the malls during the daytime looking to fuck/suck for money. You will find plenty of regular ladies here also. Best days would be Saturday and Sunday when many are off from work.

Cebu has three classes of Clubs. The downtown Clubs owned by Filipino Chinese located primarily on Jakosalem and Sanciangko Streets, with some also on Pelaez St. many of these are on the second floor. You take a narrow flight of stairs up to them. They are ALL patronized primarily by the working class filipinos. Girls often get nude while dancing during the later hours after midnight. During my younger, "tougher" days I frequented these clubs constantly. I was almost alwyas the only non filipino in them.

I am going back to 1992 - 1995 on this. As I got older and perhpas not as daring (found more reasons to stay alive), i began to avoid this area, which can be described as both very sleazy and very dangerous after dark. The barber shop on Pelaez St across from the Hotel de Mercedes turned into a Brothel (yes a brothel) after 9:00PM. The women were all from 18-25 and many were cute. This place was frequented solely by filipinos (and Slayer) back then. Cost around P500. Again I do NOT recommend going here alone today or walking around at all. Take a taxi. I was young and tough back then and perhaps not very wise.

The second class of Clubs are the more upscale Clubs such as Silver Dollar, Firehouse, Papillion's. Black Hole, Exotica, etc. located in the area around Fuente Osmena. These are frequented by Westerners, some Japanese and wealthy filipinos. I first visited Silver Dollar in 1992. I much prefer these Clubs to the ones previously mentioned. Safe to walk aroudn these areas also.

The last Group consists of the upscale Karaoke Clubs like Jaguar, Mermaid, etc. These DO have the hottest ladies. Frequented primarily by filipino chinese, Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese businessman, they are expensive. But for a night out to drink, meet a gorgeous lady and get laid, it can be good. Just ask yourself if you can commit to spending $ 200 US for the evening. It is not expensive, except when compared to prices in the other two classes of Clubs.

DS, great forum, I'm wondering if you could give me the 101 for Cebu? A few workmates and I are thinking of hitting there in feb and want a few days of sun, sand, drinks and mongering. We're thinking around $100 a day budget. Advice on accom, food, bars, beaches and mongering for a group who have their Asia wings but have not done RP would be appreciated.

When in February are you going to Cebu? They have the Fiesta at the end of the month. This will fill up every hotel completely. I have been there for it twice. Two years I headed to Davao then to avoid it. $ 100 is plenty for each day in Cebu. A nice Hotel will run you $40 -$60 per night. Pussy will run you $25-30/nt. Food another $ 20.

I will cover this in detail tomorrow. Back to sleep now. I will phone my son's mother in Cebu for the exact dates of the Sinulog then.
