A question for the experts: a few years ago, I happened to spend the night in some hotel in downtown Valencia. I woke up around sunrise and went out to look for a newspaper. While walking around, I noticed quite a few ladies dressed in particularly skimpy colorful clothes, obviously having worked during the night in some bar or similar establishment - so where in downtown are these bars?

In Venezuela, no girl will appear on the street to purposefully wear revealing clothing, unless it's part of the normally sexy wear most Venezolanas wear.

And she would NEVER ever appear in the street dressed in things she'd be wearing inside an "American Bar".

Of course there are girls dressed in skimpy clothing in the streets of Valencia and they are hookers. If they are standing in a small group watching traffic go by, they are pros. You can find them between 1/2 and 4 kilometers east of Guaparo. Be careful! There are a few guys that look VERY convincing even up close. Also, check out sexyvalencia.com and eroticvalencia.com for some girls. I know several of them and can provide a little guidance..

Clearly streetwalkers would qualify and certainly they exist in Venezuela. However, you made a reference to the girls having worked in bars during the night and that these were the same girls.

that's where we part company. Any girl working in any bar in any such clothes will CHANGE them before leaving the bar. They are not streetwalkers.

I have not noticed this mentioned here so I will add it. In several smaller cities (Maracay, Tucacas) I have seen bars labelled Beer/Girls, sort of looking closed up. Inside are beers (and other drinks) and girls. The girls sit and talk with you and order drinks as fast as they can. But they will (or will not) go home with you. So if you don't want to look for SWs, try a Beer/Girls bar. YMMV

It's east of Caracas in the interior. Any info on the p4p or non-pro scene? Or how safe it is compare to caracas?

Here´s the scoop,

the main way to get tail in Merida is to hire a taxi and ask for girls, the prime source for girls is to go through agencies where you call the number to the agency and tell them where you are and they will come to your door. The taxi drivers are well informed about all of this and a great economical place to take them is to a motel that´s actually really presentable for 20mil called Villa Suites, it´s by far the best, I´m not working for them or anything but I love the little set up I have there, the usual price with the girls is 50mil for 2 hours, the one hour I´m not really sure of but the 2 hour is definately worth it. But be sure to get a few numbers because sometimes there are only a few girls working at agencies in a giving night and they will appear in small ugly groups and some numbers will present you with 6 women and have more if you don´t dig them.

But rum is cheap, rooms are cheap, and chicas are cheap but there is one draw back I should warn you about and that is that Merida has the highest AIDS rate in Venezuela because it is a college city with alot of sex going around.

The strippers are available for take out but for 80mil and hour and sometimes less time when they say it´s over and walk out it´s over and plus you only get one shot. BUT they are probably less used and have less of a chance of being infected.

But here´s some of the info I am glad to share because this site has helped me so much in Argentina.
