Has anybody visited any houses (or apartments) that offered services outside Tallinn during this year? I have met few girls in Tartu who offered services, but nothing what could be counted as house or apartment brothel. In call services in hotels or saunas are also not counted (tested in Narva).

I've been living in Tartu now for about 3 months. There is nothing really organized down here. You can find some girls for sponsorship, but nothing like a house or anything. I've had success going through the voodi.ee and voodi.com websites. But be prepared to use Russian or Estonian as most girls advertising there don't speak much English.

Dude, Sillmae is pretty much dead! I assume you're going to Silmet? There is no other reason to go there. They have only one half-descent bar, that has a disco on the week-end upstairs. If you speak any Russian, you might pick up some girls. 90% of population is Russian there.

I am in Parnu now. I have checked out the 2 houses that are posted here and they are both closed. The Mayor of this beautiful sea side town decided in his wisdom to close all P4P in this town and has the police on a strict “No pay 4 play” policy now. NO street girls either. Even taxi drivers who will make money out of taking me to a cat house say there are all closed. Other than the usual way of picking up girls in bars as Estonian girls LOVE to drink a lot, beer, champagne and Vodka and if u buy them a few drinks and chat they usually will come back to your room if you tell them you have loads of free drinks there, the only other way is the strip clubs and all the girls will put out because I just left one 20 minutes ago. The problem is it is 500 eek for 10 minutes in the private room and 1 hour goes by fast when you are having fun. The girls will give you their cell phone numbers if you ask them to make private arrangements but the price will be from 100 to 200 Euros for an hour or so.
Basically, Until the Mayor changes and the next one is tolerant of hookers, this is not a p4p town. Tallinn on the other hand is very different.

tartu is a small city where reputations matter, so the pro scene is well concealed.
occassionally there are girls that advertise online, but they are usually visitors from tallinn who just happen to be in tartu for a few days.
"sponsorships" are even tougher, and they usually start with a regular pick-up. the girl might be attracted to you becasue she thinks you have more money, and in some cases they are open about the initial assessment, for instance, unashamedly checking your watch. this can develop into sex for presents, free vacations, or a monthly stipend. the girls hang out with younger guys normally, but are always "on call". occassiaally you can see them at clubs (atlantis, maxim and ahi, but mostl often atlantis) , young and incredibly sexy girls hanging out with old fat and ugly men, dancing for them, draping themselves all over them, and not being allowed to even talk to anyone else. next week, you might see the same girl with with a girlfriend, picking a more age-appropriate guys, and behaving more normally.
quid pro quo deals are also possible. it is a student town. it is best not to reveal whether you are a visitor or whether you live here until you know what they want. being a pro in a small town is okay when all knowledge of her being a pro leaves when you leave town. some of the tourist bars are okay for that, but again, it is very subtle.
finally, there are real pros at discos sometimes. atlantis is a good place where young girls (<25) oftern meet up older men, but that usually goes the route of sponsorship. at maasikas there are a few pros. they are sligthly older ( 25 or even 30) , very sexy (but so are many non-pros) , do nto drink much, and most importantly, unlike regular girls who always go with girlfriends, they are usually alone, but not for long. but again, it is all very subtle, and they usually have a limited but well established clientelle.

Yes, pros are hard to find in Tartu, but it is easy enough to get it for "free" if you like to dance a little, and talk a little. Nightclubs and pubs are full of students.
