OK, MOK was back in Kosice for a few days on business. While I was there I had the chance to visit the Gabriela Salon in Peres village (Gelnicka 11) near Kosice.

I traveled there from Kosice station by bus, which was a bad idea because I got dumped in the middle of an unlit Slovak village without knowing where the fuck I was supposed to go next. I wandered about and asked for directions to Gelnicka (in Slovak) from an old guy, and he told me we were pretty much on it. Anyway, he was a typical villager, he wanted to know lots of information like what number, who I was visiting etc, so I said number two and "friend", then he wanted my friend's name so I just said "thank you" and walked off. Obviously he was a secret police informer under communism and Mecair and wasn't told the world changed.

Anyway, his directions were good so I found 11 easy enough and rang the bell. After ages and me ringing twice a guy finally opened the door and let me in.

The bar area was small and I sat at the side. There was only one girl on duty, and she was 29 years old and a 3 really, but she spoke English, the first English speaker I found in Kosice. Anyway, she said it was her first night there and she was always asking things like prices from the Madam, Gabriela (the salon is so-named because a middle aged witch called Gabriela sits 5 feet away from you in the bar chain-smoking).

I was wary of the place already, as I heard that they charge customers just for sitting with the girl which seems like a cheat. The girl started pressuring me that we would both get some wine, I said I wasn't going to drink and I asked how much. They said 50 crowns per glass - she ordered two glasses in Slovak, ignoring what I'd said before - but at a dollar forty it's fine. Then I asked the girl "how does it work here", which she then had to ask the witch. In their conversation it was mentioned that the clients are supposed to pay 300 SK per hour for sitting in the bar with the girl, to which the girl exclaimed (is that a) "fact?!" - but she didn't translate that bit for me. I think this is fine though, - a glass of wine and a ladydrink in the Sara costs about 600 anyway and you don't get to sit with them for a whole hour before they and you want another drink or to go upstairs. At least with the 300 per hour you are actually paying for what you get instead of indirectly through the drink. The price in the room was 2500SK for an hour, half hours not available.

In the room, the service was really good, with kissing and hugging and response. The room though was cold, but the girl worked that in by getting under the blanket with me and holding me close to keep warm. Also, lots of fun in the shower. Oral was covered as usual though, but otherwise it was a GFE. The girl talked to me and said she had decided not to come back to the club - the job isn't for everyone I guess, so I guess I'm lucky to be her only customer.

At the end, the overall bill was 2600, so they didn't charge for sitting with the girl. Not sure if that is because I went to the room in the end - or because I didn't sit with her for the full hour before going to the room, or because I asked about prices before or they forgot or what. But anyway, I was safe enough there from losing my shirt.

They called a taxi for me back to my hotel which was 150 SK - the amount it should be. OK, so if you go both directions by taxi then you are looking at an all-in cost of 2900 SK.

Although, I had my only Kosice GFE there I wouldn't recommend the club

A - because they don't give you privacy in the bar with the girl.
B - because things like kissing, speaking English, GFE etc depend on the girl and she says she is not working there again, but the way they let a 29yo 3/10 for looks girl work there depends on the bar, so next time it could be a girl with the same looks but not such an angel inside.
C - because it is a long way to go and there are better places nearer Kosice.

There is a sign outside saying "non-stop" which is a popular phrase in Slovakia, but as they don't post any other opening times it seems to mean 24h here (they were also saying amongst themselves that another girl would come later - so they work in shifts). Probably the only situations I would advise visiting the club are if you want to do every one in Kosice, Slovakia or the world or whatever, and need to "mark your scorecard", or if it is 2pm and you really need to get laid again before the other clubs open, or if you are in Kosice for the day and have to go somewhere else before the clubs open.

I spent three nice days in Kosice recently. First of all, the city is a nice one to visit, impeccably clean, nice restaurants of differing sorts (average, about 500 crowns for a multi-course dinner and a few beers), plenty of nice places to stay. Our guide ManOfKosice made an excellent recommendation to me to stay at the Golden Royal Pension (www.goldenroyal.sk). Rooms were about 1800 a night. Ask for a room facing away from the highway which runs behind the building, as it can get too loud if your room faces this way.

There are three clubs in Kosice which I visited.

1) Sara Club. Sara is on ulica Slovenska, which is NE of the old city center at a distance of about 3-4 kilometers. You will need to take a taxi there, which cost me about 75-100 Slovak crowns (40=$1) including tip from the Old Town. On the two nights I was there, there were 3 girls one night (Saturday) and 4 the next (Sunday). Both times I was the only customer at about 22.00 (10pm). The girls on the first night were a 3, 5, and a 6 by my judgment. As they were all smoking like chimneys and didn't make too much effort to persuade me to hire them, I passed on all three. No cover charge. Coca colas were 50 crowns each, and the English-speaking bartender kindly called me a taxi to take me elsewhere (who charged me 100 crowns to go the 2km to O'Key, see below - memo to self, always ask the taxi driver how much the fare will be before you go anywhere). I returned Sunday night with the "firm" intention of grabbing the 6 and using her as a semen receptacle, but alas, the 6 was gone upstairs, replaced with a 3. Oh damn! On my visit, there was no sign of any really fuckable lovelies as described in ManOfKosice's posts from some months ago. Might be because weekends tend to be slower. Apart from the relative lack of beautiful women, one of the reasons I passed was that on the wall of this classy club, there was a nude painting of an fabulous (an English-speaking 9) girl who looked EXACTLY like the Czech beauty at K5 in Prague (see my soon-to-be-uploaded report on the Prague forum) with whom I had spent the previous 2 nights in some fantastic sex. These girls at Sara suffered much by comparison!

2) O'Key Club. This is on ulica Thurzova, which is about 2km NE from the city center, about 1km closer to town than Sara. On Saturday night at 23.00 (11pm) there were 2 girls here, one was a 7, the other about a 5. Chatty, funny girls. I was the only customer. I passed on them, but I did pop for drinks for each (250 crowns each) since I amused myself with speaking broken Slovak. Bartender spoke broken English, did call me a taxi. Place seemed a notch down from the Sara in ambience, even if the girls were the same.

3) R-Club. I must say I could not find the R-Club when I tried to find it on Saturday night. Taxi driver did not know exactly where it was. My loss, as I went home without getting laid! Coming directly from Sara on Sunday night (bypassed O'Key that night, as it was not the appealing place I prefer), the taxi driver on this night explained exactly where it is. It is in the same building as Hotel Centrum, in the Casino, there is a big red sign with a door bell next to the Casino. Ring it and the barman will fetch you.

On Sunday night, I was the first client at about 22.00. There were 8 girls working, all arrayed at the bar. They ranged from a 5 to a couple of 9s, including one Gypsy girl. I posted myself in the middle and introduced myself in broken Slovak, which brought smiles to some of them. How to choose? Well, I started by deleting 2 who were asleep and tried no effort to engage me. These were actually quite cute, but heck, who wants an indifferent lay with a cutie? Not me. Finally settled on a 6, not because she was more beautiful, but because she made a serious effort to speak to me and had a ready smile. Lucky me!

I told the barman (no English) to book me for an hour with her. I paid about 2580 crowns up front, including two 40-crown cokes. We went back and found a nice room with a tub and a shower. She changed sheets, and I discovered she spoke quite good English. In my broken, Polish-accented Slovak, she had not thought I spoke English! So - shower together, small talk, a nice massage from her, as she explained she doesn't like to go directly to "hard sex." Fine by me! Oral covered, mish, finished in doggie. Afterwards, a nice snuggle. Not the "Filet Mignon" that I had in Prague, but a forthright, pleasant fuck, a "London Broil".

Went back out to the bar, there was now another customer. Discussed things with the girlie, learned that a total of 12 girls work there, that the management treats the girls decently, etc... She asked if I would buy her a brandy and coke, which I gladly did because she was such a pleasant girl. 80 crowns only for her drink. I also tipped her about 1000 crowns, discreetly so that the other girls and club owner couldn't see. Maybe it was too much but I was feeling very happy after she gave me a nice fuck and continued a pleasant conversation. Also I was leaving the next morning and had about as much use of those 1000 crowns as tits are of use on a bull.

Summary:

On my trip, the best place by far was R-Club. One factor that WILL affect you is that the girls in the town are absolutely, drop-dead gorgeous as a group. The most beautiful I have ever seen, and I have been all over the world. Given this, what you find in the three clubs may be a bit of a let-down, believe it or not. Questions? Feel free to ask! Also, one place to definitely check out on Friday and Saturday nights is the "Jazz Club," which on both nights was PACKED with gorgeous college girls and early 30-somethings. Met some expats there who had HUGE smiles on their faces, if you know what I mean. Like kids in a candy store. Man, if only I could get a job with US Steel Kosice, I would be in total heaven. :D

As for restaurants, I've no specific recommendations, other than to say that the restaurants that are running up and down the main pedestrian drag are decent. Not highly complicated fare, but grilled pork chops, sausage, beer, are all dirt cheap and good.

As for R-Club, it is literally in the same building complex as the Hotel Centrum, but you have to get out of the taxi and walk back about 50m to the hotel, you can't see the casino door or red R-Club sign from the street. The sign is outside on a breezeway next to the door of the Casino. Price was 2500 for an hour, which was enough. I also tipped the girl about 1000 total, which probably isn't necessary, but I liked her and had no use of those extra Crowns as I was leaving by train early the next morning.

A note about personal safety - I roamed the city at all hours of night and found nothing troubling. I saw some girls in the main park (which is between the Old Town and the train/bus stations) when passing though by taxi during the evening, don't know if they were on the program or not. I don't care for streetwalkers, but if it is your thing, you might be interested. Also, I have no idea if my hotel or others would be considered friendly for overnight guests. However, I do think the clubs have a take-out service, as the bartender at the Sara on Saturday night told me that two of the girls were away at a hotel.

A final note - if you are adventurous and don't look like Jabba the Hutt, why not try to pick up some amateur girls at the Jazz Club or at one of the discos? The expats I talked to were not really good looking guys, or even young (late 30s-40s), but they told me they had all the 20-something pussy they could ever possibly want. And DAMN, in that town, there was some of the finest-looking pussy you could ever imagine.

I agree with what Otto says about the R and the Sara. When I wrote the reports a year ago the R was further back than the Sara, since then they got more equal. I'm surprised the Sara was so bad (but I haven't visited it or any clubs for a long time), but I remember that before it was important to avoid weekends around public holidays - as the number of girls in all the clubs was lower. When Otto was in town the weekend was 4 day, with Friday and Monday both holidays. As it was the last weekend of the summer probably a lot of the girls took time off and went to the mountains for the weekend. Maybe the R club wouldn't give all of the girls time off at the same time. By the way, I heard that the girls in the R earn 60000 SK salary (the lowest wages for 'workers' are about a tenth of that), so they are treating the girls well.

Here is the official list of public holidays (the two subclassifications are of no significance). Apart from Easter they are the same every year. If they fall on a Saturday and Sunday then there is no replacement day on the following Monday. Apart from the ones that are the same as in the US (eg Christmas), November 1 is especially worth avoiding because everyone goes to visit their relatives' graves, obviously this can often mean staying with family outside the city. I think it was JT who got caught out on that weekend last year.

As for amateurs. Well, most twenty-something men here live with their parents, 30 and above they are married or alcoholics (usually both). Add that to the fact that the girls in this city are more beautiful than any other in the world - then you can see that as a foreigner you could have a better chance of getting yourself a beautiful girlfriend than you would have in your own country. The relative merits of men and women here is the reason - Slovaks will be able to work in 4 western european countries next year, so they are not going to take you purely because of your passport, if that is an advantage or disadvantage is for you to decide, but you are going to have to put work in.

Picking up girls in clubs. If you are an expert then OK it can be done, I have taken girls home from (normal) clubs here before, but I would say it is harder than in the west (although if you succeed then it is with a good-looking girl). Most of the girls just want longterm boyfriends.

Hey, they had some pretty young things there with them at the Jazz Club, so they had at least ONE source of fine daily poon tang. Of course, there's no way for me to know if somebody is truthful or not. I'm just reporting what I heard.

Of course, picking up a girl in a club is something that most of us don't need to leave home to do, and of course there's a lot less work involved with paying your money and getting your service. But not all sex needs to be paid to be easily obtained!

As for the clubs, what the serious monger needs to do is visit all three, and see what he likes. Or find what you like at the first place, and stay there. Eventually you will find something to your liking. If not, have a couple of drinks and I [i]guarantee[/i] you the girls WILL get better looking!

It was me who was caught on the weekend last year. Sorry for not looking at this thread sooner. I have been in Colombia and had a blast. I am so spoiled there, that I really don't think I will ever go back to Europe for girls. The girls in Colombia are extremely hot and are for free! I do agree that Slovak girls are the best in Europe though! They are so naturally beautiful.

Yeah, those guys have the best chance of anyone in the whole world to get beautiful girlfriends, but it is a case of ONE source of pussy. Any more would be considered cheating (not that they couldn't get away with that if they were secretive).
