Or just follow these instructions: Exit the train station by the sidewalk. No need to cross the traffic circle, just cross the at the crosswalk, turn right then immediately left where you'll be headed straight away from the station, down ZhongZheng Road. There's a tawdry corner at the edge of an industrial park near Hukou and Xinpu, a short ride away from the Hsinchu HSR station. You'll need a car or scooter to reach it, or maybe you can figure out how to direct a cabbie:
