1) Starting with pills, these basically consist of the growth hormone that enters the blood stream and make the body grow in all directions. Yes, people have been able to increase penis size with pills but there are a large number of side-effects that come along with this decision.

For me the issue seems psychological as of now. I am continuing my research and will keep updating the forum. There are a few facts to be shared:
1. Well my thought that with wife its due to loss of interest. Seems correct. I found that when I start the foreplay, I am quite erect. But as I progress into it, the erection slowly goes away and penetration becomes difficult. Although ejaculation still happens as then I do it between the thighs.
2. With WGs, its a different thing. Although I have a nude lady in front of me inviting me to enjoy her. There are still 2 issues:
