Last time I was in Colombo I visited one of luxury type spa, which was somewhere in Colpity. I'm talking about 7-8 years ago. Anybody know such place? It was very clean with every room having a nice wash room with a inner garden, girls were very clean, price was expensive though, etc.

Today had a chance to visit new spa at Kew road.
It is newly open place. I gave a call & get the details before I go there.
I went there around 6.00 in the evening. I thought there are no or few customer.
Due to new place but there are no girls when I was reached.
I went with my friend & we wait another 15 minutes.
I have to take a MILF because of there isn't any available.
We went to upstairs & it is small room but no door only curtain.

Place was clean, only comn be'room hot water and nice girls.
They had Tamil girl she gave me very hard massage about 30 min and 20 min %.

Despite the name, it is not luxurious but provides the basic amenities. Extras are definitely on the cards.

Went there in the early afternoon and a few local men were removing stuff from upstairs, kind of looked like beds or tables. I tried to walk upstairs but was told it was closed down. I'm going to assume what Randy said is correct about being raided.
I PM'd Teaboy before my adventure as I knew there was a chance it was down and he ended up taking me to Was**a, which is close by. This place is located up two sets of stairs and would somewhat creep you out if you were a foreigner. The guy at the desk told me it was 3 k rupees for service, which I knew was a load of bull as I found advertisements on the web for 1 k. He then insisted those were old prices so I replied "If I leave and in an hour have a local who speaks your language call, what rate are you going to quote him? And then my damn tuk tuk driver walked in right as this had occurred, which upset me because I know if a tuk tuk walks in with you they end up getting a piece of the pie. The front desk person that is a local rate, which I then replied in the only phrase I know: "Mama lankaawe purawasiyek". Finally the guy agreed to drop it down to 2 k since apparently I knew what I was talking about. Bottom line: local rate: 1 k, foreigner rate 2-3 k depending on your negotiating skills.
As far as the girl I finally found a girl who 100% fit what I like in females. She was about 21, small, petite, and sweet looking. I tried to get her but apparently she was taken. I ended up taking some 35 year old fattie who looked the second youngest. There were 4 girls to choose from and several other girls within rooms so this place does have a selection; however, most are not good. Before the massage even began the girl said I give you handshake if you tip, which I said "okay". The massage was nothing more then a 20-25 minute feeling massage. Before she went to shake she asked how much and I told her 1. 5 k since she was offering top access. She said not enough and I repeated 4 different times 1. 5 k. She kept on begging for 2 k, which was a turn off as I know locals don't tip that and I'm angry foreigners have been tipping that or more. She did ask me if I wanted full service but I declined. I tried for a BJ but she said she doesn't like doing that. Overall, pretty bad experience as I checked the clock when I was done and it was only 35 minutes. Poor massage + pushy money hungry old girl = a sad b fish.
The only bright spot: there is a cute girl there who is probably the first MP girl I've seen that matches what I am attracted to: petite, naturally cute / pretty. Outside of that I don't really recommend the place.

So checked this out as OTB suggested. The guy who spoke kept telling me to phone another time. Maybe he's laying low or doesn't have goods anymore. Tried a few contacts off a blog. No luck.
