When dealing with erectile dysfunction (ED), a woman's appearance is almost never the root cause. ED is a medical or psychological issue, such as anxiety, stress, or underlying cardiovascular health, and not a reflection of how attractive you find your partner.
The talk was not about ED, was about getting excited, or wanting sex. But I'll have to disagree with you about the lady's appearance, personally I think that's the most important thing, then afterwards comes all the above mentioned issues. I may be wrong, but that's what matters in the first place for me, it may be different for other folks.

PT-141 sounds crazy. I've never tried it. Probably safer to try two naked girls in their 20's.

PT-141 experiences
I'm surprised to see I was the only one testing it, at least in this ISG section.
If anyone tests it, please describe your experience. I would like to compare to mine.
Please note that there is a US FDA approved medication containing PT-141 (under the brand name Vyleesi), but it is strictly for premenopausal women with acquired, generalized Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD). For this reason the male bros in the forum will not get it prescribed by a doctor. Girls you are luckier!
I don't know the reason why it is not approved for man, maybe it has something to do with the increased risk that a "problematic" male subject could behave badly under its effect. And this would cause a ban.
Anyway, if you decide to try, - and I'm not inviting anyone to this direction - pay attention to the shop where you buy the vial.
I bought one in the US and it worked great, than I bought one in the PH, and it had zero effect. Buying it in PH was a bad idea, and I do not recommend it. It was a clear scam, and I'm lucky it didn't contain anything dangerous.

YOu can buy online, get some bacteriostatic water to reconstitute, 5 ML syringes, 0. 22 micron filters, 5 ML sterile vials and "make" your own. Oh, insulin syringes to inject yourself. Also melanotan 2 does the same thing and give you a tan over 2 weeks. Just search "buy PT-141 online" you will find sources they are gray "for research use only" but many people use gray peptides for various things.
