If you are willing to spend up to $300 and can't get laid at River Palace you need to seriously consider packing it in and start looking at the M4M postings.
Going outside of Kiev - except for Odessa is a big mistake unless you speak at least some tourist Russian - 100 or so words.

Usually they cahrage all between 60 and 100 USD/hour.. depends on anal, BBBJ, etc... So you see that overnighter are much more convenient: more sex less money ! :D
But for four hours you could make a deal.. on 150/200 or so... I'm not in to this because I usally take only overnighters (sometimes two!)

i can second recommending rp, the eye candy is worth admission alone.
taxi's can be a rip, however when i was with telos, we didn't overpay and we talked to 4 cabbies outside at like 5am before we got a price we were comfortable with. considering my flat was on the other side of the city, i felt the price was reasonable.
i didn't take out at rp, though i would and considering the price for what you get compared to the states, its worth it.
