I've read a lot of reviews on Red Square. I visited recently on an 6 hour layover. Such a tight timeframe, but I had to check it out. If you like Russian / Eastern European women, this place is heaven. I was there on a Thursday night around 10:30 pm and the place was packed with beautiful women. I'm talking solid 7-9's. Some are sitting with their managers, some are doing laps. You just say Hi, talk a little and ask if they want to go back to your room. By the time I had dinner, and took a couple laps, I had to get back for my connection and just wasn't feeling the hassle.
Back at my hotel (LE Méridien), there is a central food court, bar area shared by the neighboring hotels. There was one club type place that was bumping rap music (sorry, no idea the name). I walked in and there were probably 20-30 working girls there, mostly Asian and black. I grabbed one smoking hot Viet and took her back for 20 min of fun (that's all I had time for before the cab).
