If you are looking for a general map they use to have them in the area where you get your luggage and the money changers are located. They are just basic maps but do show the main streets and some of the points of interest. Now this was a couple of years ago so might have changed now.

My impression is that BKK hotels are more into money than morals, and for in-room massage sex is quite common. But as all kinds of sex services are widely available all over BKK, I have never bothered to ask (the also overpriced) massage girls in hotels there.
In general, with some carefully worded hints from you (and a visible indicator that you need a relief after the massage is finished), such services are normally offered by the girl if this is on her menu. If you take your time for some small talk before starting, and make enough signs of pleasure during massage, the ice should be sufficiently broken for her to suggest what's available at the end.
If she is not into this, she will anyway be used to clients getting aroused, that's nothing to be ashamed of even if the deal is strictly massage. A lady in Moscow even made a point of it for me to watch, when each time she squeezed my thigh muscles, the tent pole under the towel grew taller. I am an Asian American as well. However, unlike you, I was not born & grew up there. I was an immigrant. Anyway, I got my education, worked, and lived in both sides for about 50%:50% of my life time, which made me now 50% Asian & 50% American, I guess.
From your posts, I can see that you're 100% American, but the Thai people want you to be 100% Thai because of your Asian descent.
So, in the end, you're be stuck in a situation that you don't get the privileges which a Farang usually receives from the Thai people, nor do you get the privileges of being accepted as a Thai.
But you have to remember that the thing is, the US is a melting pot and a nation of immigrants, and Thailand is not.
In the US, you can decide to be what you want to be. You can either choose to be melt into the mot and integrate into the society as an American, or you can also choose to live in a bubble in a specific community happily as a Thai, a Chinese, a Japanese, etc. It's your call to be an insider (an American) or an outsider (non-American).
On the other hand, in most Asian countries, it is usually the majority of the local people who decide what you can be. For instance, guys with a Western face will always be seen as a foreigner, a farang, an outsider. Even if they were born, grew up, live in Thailand, and speak Thai as their mother tongue, they will never be fully accepted as a Thai.
By the same token, in your case, you look like a Thai ('cause you're Asian) to them, so they automatically see you as a Thai, a local, an insider.
You see what I mean?
They can't understand and accept the idea that a White guy can be 100% Thai or that an Asian guy can be 100% American. It's not in their mindset.
I am not judging. It's just my observation.
In your case, you seem to bothered by the fact that they actually see you as a Thai. You don't want to be seen as a Thai. You want to be seen as a Farang and you always stay away of anything that may make you Thai.
I can somehow relate you on this one. There was a time in my life that I really wanted to have a Western face in order to make my life easier, in both sides.
Lastly, in my opinion, Pattaya is like Las Vegas somehow.
North American pals here, let me explain it this way.
What you see and experience in Las Vegas represent nothing about the real US, and living in Las Vegas surely won't be like living in LOS Angeles, New York, Toronto, or Vancouver.
Even if you live in New York for your whole life, for example, you still don't see the whole picture of it.
What you see and experience depend on where you live, your lifestyle, your hobby, and so many other factors.
By the same token, the above statements applies to every corner in this world.
