Which keep them in a bracket of high middle class whose yearly earning is more than 20000 $ per year considering they have not worked out side the country. If they have worked the outside the country there annual salary goes to minimum 60000 $.

5. Indian society still takes sex as taboo. So thing are not so open.

6. desperate, yes we all are including you. Westerns are as desperate as Indians are.

Why high price.

1. people don't negotiate well.

2. people don't explore properly.

3. few people meet indies and start behaving like their boyfriends, sharing discussion with them which increase their prices. This is one of the worst thing, few people try to make them as their keep, and help them to gain more customer on higher price.

4. Indian have that charm for white skin. Which increase the price of a normal. Looking indie.

I would say read Delhi forum, how well they are keeping their prices in limits.

Pune, few people are emotional enough to help indies to hike their prices.

It is not a question of desperation. The majority of folks posting here are not the ones making $300 a year. This is a very different demography (who also travel across continents for mongering, including Europe / US / Dubai) who can afford these prices. And this demography is so large in Bangalore that the supply is not able to keep up. Hence the high prices. The fact is you may have been priced out of the market, so should stick to the cheaper countries if that is possible. Otherwise you'll only get poor service since that is the lower end of the market. India's wealth is very unevenly distributed and hence about 10% live in poverty. The upper tier (with net worth more than 5 million USD) should be at least 10% of the population. This never shows up in official statistics since most of the wealth is hidden (black money). A lot of Thai girls now prefer India (not Macau or Seoul or Dubai), since they charge 8 k for FS in the spas. I have met quite a few of them and they all agree India (especially Bangalore) is good for them, since the tips are crazy good and the work timings are sensible too. So, India is a great place to monger if money is not a concern and if you know the right people. Just my experience.

Yes dude! Bangalore is more expensive than the other cities. Greedy SPs, LE action and a whole network of agents and brokers in between hike the price above the national average. But alas, Bangalore is a rather expensive city even otherwise. A few years back maybe 2-3 yrs back the prices used to be 2.5 k to 4.5 k for ST this has gone up to 4. 5-7 k nowadays. And some of the SPs really are after your money shamelessly quoting even up to 20 k for what should actually be not more than 10 k elsewhere. We should negotiate and keep the prices down, don't overpay. If they find people who overpay, then the prices automatically get jacked up!

Instead I travel abroad to meet the most wonderful gals that more often than not leave me feeling like a millionaire for the comparatively small change (and effort) I spend on them or in drinking at the strip clubs.
