Make it as 5 days, spent first 3 days in pattaya and remaining 2 days in bkk, so it will be easy for you to catch the flight for your India return, exchange money in your neighbourhood itself, since you mentioned this is your first time, the visa office will ask for hotel confirmation, return ticket and purpose of visit.

You can find many budget hotels around the city, search on agoda or makemytrip, if you're not inviting any guest then you can stay on hostels too, it's cheap.

For south indian food, you can find madras darbar and sugam in both pattaya and bkk, saravana bhavan and anjappar in bkk alone.

For the chicks, the range starts from 700 baht based on attractive figures, if we find any beautiful chicks after 1 PM then you can close the deal by 700-1000 baht instead of 2000-3000 when comparing with evening cost.
