Herpes, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HPV (supposedly a non-zero risk of HIV too, but not known for sure). Stuff like Syphilis and Gonorrhea are treatable, but the viral diseases. Herpes can require repeated treatment of antivirals and may recur again and again, HPV has no real cure, and I don't need to talk about HIV, do I?

A bare BJ might feel amazing, but it's not worth the consequences that might appear in the following days.

DFK. Well, it's a lot less dangerous. You may still get herpes or a throat infection from gonorrhea, but the risk of the others is way lower.

But if both have some minor cuts, then the possibility exists. Aboral end sex can cause it and you need the best protection since entry is not easy. Play safe.
