In Angeles, the barfine is inclusive (i. e. All you need to pay unless you wish to tip extra).

You should have tried to negotiate the barfine down to 2000 pesos...maybe 2500.

In Makati, there is a barfine in addition to a tip (most/all bars?). This SHOULD HAVE BEEN negotiated beforehand. Surprised that the mamasan didn't mention this.
