Went down to check things out this morning and saw 10+ cops. A motorcycle cop was on Kanding trolling up and down and I saw him talking to one girl though most seemed to ignore him. Then, on the corner if XiYuan and GuangZhou, a car was parked and three cops were walking together on one side of the street and three or four on the other. The alleys were cleared though I noticed that after they walked by a girl would poke her head out of each alley to see what was happening. The police didn't really seem to be doing anything so probably are just being seen.
