He said: "Whenever you have this condition again, apply coconut oil on the glans, and gently pull up the foreskin. If this does not work, consult a Urologist (or a wise General Physician) immediately. Paraphimosis is an emergency case and if you delay pulling up the foreskin, there can be severe problems to the glans. ".

I had similar problem (though never got the foreskin stuck) when I was in teens. The foreskin was tight and never used to go beyond a certain point and smegma used to accumulate. Once when consulted a doctor for some minor infection, he suggested circumcision if another instance occur. But then onward I started using lubricants like coconut oil or Vaseline while self HJ. It has certainly helped and now after many years the foreskin has loosened up and moves smoothly.

Finishing up at work was trying to get in touch with Sowmya and was trying to converse in Kannada to bring her asking rates down but she was absolutely refusing to budge an inch. Thanks for taking the time to provide an explanation rather than reply in kind to unwarranted hostility.

You and I are in similar situations where we visit once a year and find that the whole mongering landspace has shifted and we have to start from scratch.
