I think what Ragnarok42 is trying to say is that you get 10% off and after 11pm 20% off. There are cabs that offers 30% off if you call them like Taipei Metropolitan taxis.
Anyhow you pay the first 100NT w/o discount, what is over 100 NT then you get your % off. i.e 300 NT = 200*0.7+100= 240 NT for the fare.

It's in the past this case but just wanted to clarify since i'm still catching up the forum.

Had a wander round last night. Whats with all these sad bars in Suang Cheng street near Mingchuan MRT station. Rows of bars with only one sad lonely punter in each one drinking. Where's the girls! Thats what the bar needs.

This has been the month from hell for me. I lost my favorite paybee at the beginning of this month and just this weekend a freebie I really loved finally broke up with me.

Think I will take a break from sex and just pretend to be a sidewalk tree for a few weeks.

I talked to my manager and he told me the KTVs are on high alert due to election time, when the government wants to have positive news, like catching high-scale mongers, and you locals might already notice some news about KTV style places being sacked and arrests are made.

He prefers I not bring any people until after the election is over. Another route is you guys do a "introduction visit", i.e. just go and drink and play with the girls but no takeout afterwards. But I guess that defeats the purpose huh?

Have fun while you are there before you return. I'm thinking of making a wknd trip to SZ and visit my freebies maybe next month. The cost of the airfare, cost of partying and not having to worry about the wifey catching me is just "priceless". Have a few high end trophy wifes (yes freebies that spends on ME) that I'm servicing on the mainland. They worry more about discretion than I do.

The cost of mongering in general is virtually hassle free when playing with some fresh gals on the mainland. There is something called the border that they have a difficult time of crossing.

Once u are out of Nanjing East Rd MRT, keep walking on the street facing the MRT exit. U will pass mac donald and the restaurant HOOTERS on ur right. Then on the opposite side of the restaurant called JOYCE EAST (on ur right, and with a huge outdoor patio) , u will see the entrance of a motel called EVERSPRING.
That's about 5 mins walk from the mrt station.

Price for 2 hours is 800nt$, rooms are big and clean but definitely old and kitch. They even got those kind of electronic sex chair.
