Roma is a step down from the others. More of mid range place. Very fun atmosphere but on my visit I didn't see anything over a 7.

GDL is not Tijuana and the number of good looking girls is less, but I enjoy the nicer clubs and girls that aren't just about sex. If you don't speak Spanish it might be hard, but I have read stories of guys finding girls that speak English. I tend to send those ones away.

It's also going to be more in GDL for girls since the club gets part of the money and no hotel like Tijuana unless the girl meets you later.

I live in GDL and PalomaVIP and Danny's are two of my favorites. Danny's is a little cheaper, 600 p I think, and PalomaVIP 700 p (30 min of course). The lineups are almost always better from 3-4 pm when there is overlap be / w the morning and evening shifts. Hobbie Inn is supposed to be pretty good but I only went by once and they said 1500 p for an hour but that's with spa time, supposedly a better massage, and of course the chick. I didn't have time to try it out that day so I can't report on the quality. Eden on Lopez Mateos near la Minerva has good quality chicas but it's a little $$, I think 900 p for half an hour and that's only available until noon, after noon they only offer 1 HR sessions (flexible if it's your first time since they want to hook you as a customer).

Oral natural is almost always available for 3-500 p extra, CIM too depending on the chick.

I have a few more thoughts about Medellin versus GDL.

I definitely felt safer in GDL. I think you have to be more aware of your surroundings in MDE.

There is a good local review board in GDL so you can get info on many of the more popular girls and know what you are going to get. I have gone the FB route in MDE and there is nothing about any of the girls so it can be hit or miss and you don't know what will happen.

GDL has a number of reliable agencies where you can easily find young attractive girls for a reasonable price, usually 1300 to 1500 pesos for the hour, about $70. GFE sessions with BBBJ. Backbacking with agency girls is usually not possible.

There are also a number of good massage parlors for a lower price that are easy to find and have storefronts.

MDE is cheaper. For FB girls, each girl is unique and has her own asking price but generally most will take $45 to $50 for 2 hours. Young attractive girls, GFE sessions. Most will provide BBBJ, some will not. Most will say no to barebacking, some will say yes.

Oddly I just came back from 12 days in BOG and MDE, my first trip to Colombia. My first impressions were the food is terribly bland and lacking variety unless you go to higher end restaurants, and the MDE accent was suuuuupeeerrrr molesto para mi.

Otherwise I wasn't really blown away by mongering opportunities in MDE (pun intended), since I live in GDL I already have tons of poon lined up 7 days a week so I'm spoiled. It was cloudy 24/7 and rained a lot every day. There were a ton more street girls (mostly 2's and 3') in downtown MDE, and of course Lleras had some decent lookers. Went to a few strip clubs and saw a couple escorts, nothing special. Honestly I was mildly disappointed in MDE, but again I'm already spoiled by living in GDL. Maybe my expectations were too high. I'm sure it would have been a lot more appealing if I was coming straight from the US and was hard up.

GDL has the esteticas, twitter, agencies, clubs, SA. . . Better food, good weather, it's closer and a little safer, although Colombia is cheaper for sure. Also I find the average GDL chick better looking than the average BOG or MDE chick.

MDE is low end and you are so correct about the food, absolutely terrible. Even in the higher end restaurants the food and service both suck. You very rarely find that in Mexico. Also, you really have to look to get in trouble in Mexico. Colombia trouble finds you. I will not debate that Colombia is cheaper, but you can also live very cheap in Mexico.

Are you referring to the Eden spa on Miguel Lopez why Costilla? That is the only one I can find near La Minerva, and is close to where I will be staying. I am also looking forward to checking out Bambinas near the Glorieta de la Pila Moderna.

I might give the edge to Guadalajara over Bogota though. Also I disagree about the weather, although if you prefer a somewhat drier climate then I can see how you'd prefer GDL. As to the food, no contest, I'm in agreement, 100%. There are some excellent restaurants in Guadalajara.
