Has there been less "raining" in the bars. Since the government stopped printing 20 peso bills, it is harder to get them. With 50 peso bills, that is 2.5 times more expensive to make it rain.

During my quick beer there, he bought multiple rounds for the 7 girls (in body tape / paint, kind of). 6 of the girls were topless. I've never seen that at a Fields bar where the girls were constantly topless. Money talks. The girls were drunk. Seems like he bought drinks for the girls the entire night.
