Make all communication with her in temporary sim.
In your upi enabled permanent sim: In upi app change your name to something random. Delete upi ID with your phone number or name in it. Create upi ID with some random name.
Now transfer amount through upi. In her app. It will show the random name and random upi ID that you created.
Upi transaction history in your app / bank statement cannot be deleted.
Note:
With only phone number: you can find out upi and name.
With only upi ID: you can find out only name. Phone cannot be traced.
Upi ID: can be created and deleted easily.
Create upi ID that doesn't have your name or phone number.
