I tried 2 k place near navalur signal. Not good. Usually birds here are old and not good looking. When you try from loconto sometimes they ask to visit here without sharing any photos. Better avoid.

The 2 k place near legend stores is operating again with less birds. Last time a very good experience here. Visited this place recently. Bird was good looking but not cooperative. Dead fish in bed.

Also a new mallu gang spa is open in padi. Place is very new. Clean rooms with AC. Proper spa setup. They rotate their birds regularly and update. Massage is average and FS might not be available. But better priced compared to regular spa.

Guys, I have received a lot of messages so I'll just post the directions here. And as one fellow monger rightly pointed out, its near the bus stand, located on the 2nd floor. You will find a namesake advertisement board. Go on a weekday, late afternoon and negotiate the rates with the bird. Don't pay for FS outside, take a safety and then you can directly negotiate with the bird if she's willing. The girls are sometimes average, but on some days its a bonanza. The Spa is easily noticeable once you make the turn from the bus stand.

I want to share some experience. There is also a mallu gang operating from workcherry. I had taken their service once, but I would absolutely not recommend. I have had better SP's who have been friendly to me, but their birds and business transactions with them was not pleasant. Their birds are dead fish and are not so enthusiastic and they just insist on finishing fast. I will post better reviews based on my interaction with my regular SP's.

She providing day time service asking 10 k with place which is high, can anyone tried her provide feedback or if she is genuine.
