A couple of the better motels out there, yes, on Veracruz, which have nicer rooms, and can be rented for 3 hours, do require a cédula from the girl.

They're not hard to find, unless you're a moron.

I think I'm going to call them since I speak Spanish I'll make it crystal clear what my intentions are and make it very clear my business goes else where if there's chica fees involved or if its a hassle for them to accommodate. If you want to rent a room short time, and the Chica you are with looks young, they typically will ask to see the Chicas Cedula. I have had this happen to me on numerous occasions, even with some of my regulars who are thirty.

At Hotel Zona Rosa about six months agp, reception actually took a photo of one of my Chicas Cedula because the police had come by one time and alleged that the Hotel was allowing Chicas in that shouldn't be allowed due to their apparent young age which wasn't the case.

It makes you wonder what kind of pressure is being put on these Motels to turn away business for them.

So it's okay for the Colombians to use these two Love Motels, but not foreigners who don't have Cedulas but Passports.

Somebody with a lot of political power in Laureles has really come down hard on these Love Motels.

And for these establishments to also be rude about it as well is astonishing given that Colombians generally are very formal and polite.

When were casas the only option in Medellin? I'm pretty sure the street walkers have been there for a very long time. Some of the individual streetwalkers look like they've been working the area for 30 years.

I got home from Medellin last night and didn't visit a single brothel. I considered it but just didn't see any reason.

If you read the forum you'll find about 3,000 posts talking about Facebook girls. Add in another thousand or so talking about Colombian Cupid, Seeking Arrangements and Tinder. Then there's strip clubs, escort services, bar girls, free Lancers.

I know a gringo staying there for 2 weeks. Sat at cosechas drinking a smoothies and an old gringo sat right in front of me at the coffee shop. Saw several gringos walk by and saw some others buying a futbol shirt since everyone is wearing one for todays game. I was only there for a half hour so I'm sure I didn't see them all, like yourself, for instance.

I was just there (twice) on Friday and saw gringos. There are quite a few expats that live there. Quite a few white people too. Even saw 2 white Europeans on the metro headed to Laureles. I might not have noticed them except they got on at San Antonio station and were asking if the train was going towards Laureles. For those who aren't familiar with the metro, Line be begins at San Antonio. It can only go one direction from there.

All bar areas are bar areas for locals. Tourists tend to congregate at Parque Lleras, but they're not hard to find at La 70.

You are disputing comments based on a whole week of observations.

Let me come at it from a different direction with this rhetorical question. Does anyone honestly believe there is a Starbucks on Avenida Nutibara to satisfy the demands of local Colombians?

They do ask to see the girl's ID.
Venezuelan Cédula was good enough.
