Yes, most of the time they are on the same time. Exception is 2x a year, for a week or so when we go on and off DST, Juarez follows to shortly afterward.
Nuevo Laredo just announced that it will always be on the same time as Laredo, DST or not. All of Mexico may adopt the same deal and change to DST when the US does.

First and foremost I apologize if any of these questions seem redundant. I've tried to read this forum back 15 pages but can't seem to keep track of what clubs are open and which are closed. It seems that they have a very high turnout.
Anyways, I am on leave and I want to visit the juarez strip clubs which I've heard can be very hot. I had a few question to anyone that would be kind enough to bare with them.
1. What are the strip clubs that are within walking distance of the Santa Fe international bridge
2. Are these clubs open all day or are they after dark only?
3. Is it acceptable in juarez clubs to just ask the girl straight up how much to fuck her or do they give hints when they're willing to put out?
4. Are these girls somewhat bilingual or is my lack of spanish going to be a serious hurdle?
Thanks in advance for anyone that would answer, and if you feel there's anything else I ought to know please let me know!

However if you want anything other than just fucking you're going to have to pay extra depending on the girl. Gaby wanted $20 for CBJ which I passed on. I really wanted to finish with CIM but that was completely out of the question for her. As I said before she's extremely new to the business and a bit overly shy to the point that she's just sits there waiting for you to fuck her. There is no conversation no nothing unless you try really hard to get her to say anything. I wouldn't recommend her only on the fact that she has no personality to speak of.
By the way, fans of Sandra, I regret to inform you that she's no longer working at Lexxor. I asked the management to see if she had moved to another spot and as far as they know she's quit the business. Pity, she was the best fuck at Lexxor while she was there.

The police and military presence are evident but as long as you behave like a normal adult and don't go out of your way looking for trouble you should be able to make your way around the red zone district with relative ease.

Early yesterday evening, one of my regular providers and I checked into a downtown hotel. We were visiting, just minutes before getting ready to do the deed, when loud knocking on the door and a demand to immediately open the door came upon us. It was two soldiers looking for drugs. With me, I was only asked to show ID. They asked her what we were doing, she told them, and they left. (Did not look inside her purse..which I doubt would have had anything, anyway)
We heard them go to every door in the hotel. Bottom Line, they hauled off five individuals who did have drugs, one even had a briefcase full of marijuana we were told. I have heard of this happening before, so you want to be sure if you go to a downtown hotel, that your provider doesn't have anything that could get her..and you..hauled off..to a most unpleasant location.

I agree with Bbond's comments. I would add that if you're a hispanic guy, I feel your risk in Juarez are reasonable, because you will blend in with the crowd over there. If you're a white guy, your risk just shot up 50 fold, IMO, because you will stick out in a crowd over there. For a white guy, it's a game of Russian roulette over there. I think there are around 2000 murders for Juarez this year, 2009, and only about 37 arrest related to those murders. The problem is, is that there's not much of an investigative arm to the police dept over there. They just ride around in their vehicles over there. That's about it. Not much investigation into crimes over there. So most crimes go unsolved. Plus, all the police corruption over there. Yep, it's scary.
