Leave the rolex in Costa Rica
Hey you can always buy a fake one on Avenida San Martin in Bocagrande.
Also, leave the Tony Lama butch ostrich boots at the Del Rey also.
Looking to Expand My Mongering to Colombia
I am a CRT Costa Rican mongering vet, however I am looking to expand my mongering opportunities to Colombia. I am unsure about where to go in Colombia. I have heard good things about CTG. I am looking for a nice place to stay, perhaps a private condo that is Chica friendly on the beach. This will be my first trip to Colombia so any advice will be apprieciated. Is mongering as simple in Col as in CR. It seems as though many of you target the non pros and the locals. My stay will be short and I do not have time to be romancing the stone.
Thanks,
Fellow mongerer.
Go read the Medellin threads ......

Fellow mongerer.[/QUOTE]Go read the Medellin thread, and enjoy all beauty of the paises. This question you have has been debated over and over on here, so I do not think you are going to get a big response, especially since you are part of the Costa Rica invasion. Medellin would be a great place for you with all its casas e.t.c. It is also quite abit cheaper than Cartagena. If you are going to Colombia I highly suggest you learn spanish if you do not know it at all. Despite what others might say, spanish is ESSENTIAL if you are interested in the non-pro scene in Colombia. English is very rarely spoken. You might also want to consider going to Panama if you do not have spanish speaking skills, or even the Dominican, as both of these places have more english speaking people, and both are much more secure than Colombia. Just my personal opinion from having spent time in all three of these countries.
