- In Belize and Guyana English is the official language.
- In Puerto Rico: same.
- In Colombia's San Andres: same.
- In Costa Rica: many English speakers.
- In Honduras along the coast: many speakers.
- In Mexico's Tijuana and Yucatan (from Cancun to Tulum): same.
Maybe I've missed some areas, but you've got an idea.
