I agree with the general sentiment that threesomes are generally not great in AC. Your best bet is to take a girl solo and if you really click see if she recommends another girl to join.
As far as money goes. In US dollars, let's do the math. About $2500 to get there and back. Central Park or any nice hotel with a kick ass room is about $100 a night, so $3000 on top of that (I stay for a month). I bring $4000 in cash and change it out as needed every couple days. That 4 k covers everything; food, drinks, entertainment, nice dinners, and barfines. So we're at 9. 5 k USD for a month. BUT, subtract what your US credit card bill is monthly. Let's say it's 5 k USD. Because you won't be putting anything on that card in AC (well maybe a couple of outings to Aqua). So now we're at $4500 net cost for a full month of good times and good vibes and lots of bareback sex. More than worth it in my opinion.

I visited 2 of these while I was there recently. If I recall correctly, here are the fees:
BJ: 2,000-2,500, includes CIM.
