I went online and chatted with few girls. One of the a virgin from Phillinpines (saw a picture, she really looked like a virgin). True or not, she was really fun to talk to. Second one was a dh working in HK. Much older then me, nice to talk to, but will not pursue. Another one was around my age, good looking, and she was fun to chat with. I think I will pursue that.

How do I make it clear that I just want fun? I'm not married, but not looking for relationship. They all ask if I have a gf, the usual … How do you work around that? Or am I chatting with the wrong girl? :)

Not sure if I am in agreement with Bionicman but I think he means that the sauna packages gives you the basics, return ferry tickets, choice of a gal (which sometimes can be limited) and the use of the sauna overnight to eat, sleep, etc.

I don't use the washgals to five me a semi-BJ, model/East European, etc. so the basic package is usually adequate for me. You can always upgrade anyway. its like ordering a hamburger at a diner, you have options of what you want with it and pay accordingly. What you do get by buying a package is the savings of the cost of the ferry tickets?

Also when you enter the sauna, I don't think you can leave and go back in so do everything else you want to do in Macau and go the the sauna last.

I am no expert, but if I were approached with this issue I think I would tell the truth, but hedge my bets a little. Something like, " I don't have a girl friend right now, but I need to be sure someone is the right person before I make that commitment."
This gives the impression that more is possible, but it won't happen overnight. It also creates "incentive" for them to be nice to you, etc. I wouldn't look at it as false pretenses either, since who knows, maybe you would want one as a girlfriend in the future. Hey, stranger things have happened right?
Me on the other hand, I just find ones I like and buy them a ticket out of town.....kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it....

Bad and good experience in the last few hours, in HK.

Tonite I made all the newbie mistakes in Wan Chai, so I had a bad experience.
Mistake 1: Went to Wan Chai very late (2.30 am), and made my choice too late (5.30 am);
Mistake 2: I drunk a little bit to much;
Mistake 3: I was after all the stunners in the area, and refused some solid 8/10;
Mistake 4: At the end, I went with a black girl, when I knew that in Asia you should with asians (and I'm really into asian gals!). The girl was a 25yo from Angola, working name Jennifer, slim, looks younger than all the black girl I saw in the area. If you met her, run away!
Mistake 5: I choose a girl that talked about money after 2 minutes of chatting;
Mistake 6: I paid her in advance. I really know it's a very strong mistake, but even if an alarm bell rang in my head, I paid her before... Really bad choice.
Well, as you can suppose, my negotiation of 2h, 2 pops, massage and everything soon became a 20m rushed session.

On the other side, thus afternoon I went to the famous 37d.

Correct Bob, you actually hit my point (not expecting everyone agrees with me, though!)
The way I was understanding the package seemed a great deal and wondering why not 100% of the people ferrying to Macau are not using it.
Having experienced the saunas, cost of ferry that I paid separately (I could not actually bill the company for the ferry-sauna package! lol) I understood where the deal was.
It does not mean it is a bad deal. But a newbie might think to get more that what is in the package as there are quite some grey areas: exact type of service you get, no choice of girls etc.
For instance at Rio a Shangai massage is "nothing" else than
a) girl cannot be chosen
b) girl stayed dressed with top and hotpants
c) time length is 90 minues (and one says..wowww!)
d) includes oil massage and hand job (happy ending)
cost is relatively cheaper than the soapie of course, but in the soapie you get to select the girl amongst a line up of well over 40-50, full nude massage, FS (=one pop), all in 1 hr.
But one can also have a cheaper option such as "thigh massage".

Of course upgrade are always possible, but those will kind of step up the budget one had in mind when booking the package.
Just like you get a good price for a meal and then you find out it includes only one glass of soft drink. But the glass is half a bottle size. Inevitably you upgrade and the price goes up and...the expected cost goes up, unexpectedly.
It is a bit the fully legitimate trick they set: attract the customer, then try to sell more.

You gave also a good warning on not making "in" and "out" from the same sauna.
There is always a minimum fee in each location. If you buy services for that or above, the minimum fee will be waved against the actual purchase.
But if you buy less, then the minimum fee applies.
The "clock" is zeroed everytime you leave the premises and settle your bill.
Again, all clear and legitimate, but one better know how it works.
I am going to Macau fora few days so the package option does not apply in my case, but even if I'd be in a position of an overnight I still prefer the freedom of buy the ferry separate and be free to go where I wish, get the services I wish and so.

Not having been to Rio so not sure how they operate, but at places like Supreme (I haven't been in a while) the only difference is saving the cost of the ferry tickets and everything else was as if you were a normal walkin customer. Thing with buying a package is asking the right questions. Some places give you the choice of the gal before you leave Hong Kong by picking one out of a photo album.

As for billing, some places will give you an official reciept with something vague written on it like "travel" or "hotel package" and you might be able to claim for it.

Yes, what you write is true, but it's still the case that if you're certain you want to go to a sauna in Macau then you should take one of the ferry terminal deals. You may or may not have to pay upgrades, but it will still work out cheaper, believe me.

For me, I'm not really a sauna person. I've been a few times, but I can never be sure I'll fancy it beforehand, therefore I never take them. If you are sure, snap them up.

long lurker first time posting. just got back from hk and wanted to contribute a little to the place that helped me so much.

You are quite right on the Viet girls. Had a similar experience of having negotiated a LT in KL (@ the "in"famous Beach Club). She has been sweet all evenings even after she kewn the deal was secured. Had our deed with money left on the table (fair enogh). But after the "post"shower she started to say she better go as otherwise I'd not sleep (did I want to sleep lol), reminded her of the deal, etc..but then chemistrywas gone. No point in handcuffing someone to the bed (unless one is into bondage, lol) for a much possible bad service later and let her go. She was straight and honest in her way, pointing out that my watch was still there where I left it.... (could this come from some bad experience of her with some mongerer?)

Been a while since I've been to any but there were several on Jaffe Road closer to Causeway Bay as well as a couple tucked up in the streets behind/above the Miramar Hotel off Nathan Road in Wanchai. They're staffed by Koreans (and I'm going to presume that the Japanese ones bring down Japanese girls for the Japanese clients here in Hong Kong).

This is not a cheap option mind you as you will have to do the karaoke thing first. Also, you'll need to check them out a bit. I never really pulled anybody from these places but rather left with them when the places closed and dated a girl from there for a while as well.

Go search for Japanese girls in ****** site. They are all Koreans. And if you want Mongolians, then search for Koreans. Go figure. Once I asked a pseudo Japanese (Korean) girl why they change the nationalities and she said it's been always like that.
