The girl / punter ration is usually pretty good on any given day, even the really busy Messe days, if one can arrive at the right time. Trying to predict the over all ratio on any given day is next to impossible and it will almost always get busy after 22:00.

Room waits on the weekend are rarely more than 10 minutes. The girls do tend to get more impatient and want to do kino sessions etc. But if you make it clear that you wish to wait for a proper room most will go along with it.
