Almost all of the listings come from some random photoshoots, and a lot of the reviews are just fake, with some accounts making 50+ identical reviews for different girls. So if 6 A and SM are plagued with these fake ads, what are the best options currently to find Russian and other escorts?

Not same level for looks than AMR, but You can try on telegram girls, at least not too much fake. Maybe also on vipescorts but photoshop, older and more weight risk for some. Same for Russian girls 4 me. You can ask to be sent real photo. Work if You have a good contact.
