It's the diet and stress. All that is changing with a new apartment. Fingers crossed.
I did my armband / diploma in muay thai last year, and the holidays rolled around, and I sat on the couch, and ordered burgers.
It's straight up tuna sandwiches and acai fruit protein smoothies.
Yeah, I need to get a full blood panel again, not to mention other tests, a ct scan and colonoscopy again. But point taken.
Plus, there is this thing called old age.
The new apartment has a better gym.
I did clean s today, and moving over to the larger part of the gym, did clean and jerks, in addition to hitting the heavy bag. Literally heaven compared the old apartment where the landlord was always pushing me to buy the place or do a new contract and would not put in a water filter, etc. Reminds me I need to go over there and take out the curtains. How many semi furnished apartments don't have curtains when you move in? Jesus, I hate that asshole. He literally had 15 processos, including for ameaca. His admin guy a 737 pilot spoke english but was just a lackey who never did anything, and asked for rental advances too. I was stressed with this crap at the end of a 1 year lease, but I succeeded in using all of the deposit except for a week by pushing back with a text to the consulate. So I won. That place had a shitty little gym. It was big, 85 m square, 2 bedroom, nice veranda, close to the beach, the best beach, praia macumba, so I might be back in that area.
It's diet and sleep. In the new place, I sleep well, as it's right on the ocean.
Lining up my whole team of working girls for this place as it is a 7 minute uber drive from metro jardim oceanico, which I will cover.
We shall see.
I should have taken a place in this building in late 2023 when I had a chance. Now that I am here for 4 months I plan to get a place nearby or in this building for 30 months with option to cancel after 12 months.
Live and learn.
When are you back in rio, brother?
Vagabundo, have you had your all your tests done? Complete review by a doctor? With your workout routine, the fat should be melting off of your body. Unless you are eating Big Bobs for lunch and gorging at a churrasco every night, it doesn't make sense that you are gaining weight. You have to take care of yourself!
