I m a seasoned hand in Pune. Used to be active in Delhi long back. Courtesy indulge in GGN and other spas. (I read indulge shut down) coming back to Delhi after a very long time. Having tested the deep waters in Pune I can safely state that Delhi being the capital is the ocean. It is cheaper and better for mongering anytime than Pune. Will be in Delhi for a short time.
