Negotiation for pricing in general is fine and I would necessary agree with your statement.
However, if you are negotiating GFE or simply kissing, that is a recipe for less than desired outcomes. First, I would't do it as a matter of pride anyway. Confirmed that I personally did Ariana for less than club rate, 250 for 90. We went over one hour but she would adjust her fee to one hour, saying that she knows that she talks too much and only went over time because of this. So I just went for round two and popped twice in 90 minutes.
She did not quote me extra for tiered service. But she is known to quote different prices for different clients. Particularly does not like French clients because she states they want to lick her whole body so he has to take a 30 minute shower after. 150 was likely a quote to turn him away. Or call it a deep clean / shower fee.
Celine is never worth the extra as she is dead inside.

The Ariana story strikes me as chronologically odd as this was the second time we went over where she was understanding. This second room just happened and as described, it was fine.
