Expect to pay about 10,000 Yen for 10 or 12. There are a couple of places in Shibuya too.

Just go down Kabukicho and look for the DVD shops with signs that look almost hand stenciled, usually saying DVD/BIDEO with bideo in katakana. Those are underground DVD shops, typically everything is uncensored. Prices range from 10,000 for a dozen to 10,000 for one (more expensive being newer items or more "exotic"). In Tokyo you can buy totally uncensored porn - the same as you would buy in Hong Kong or the States or anywhere else. 12 DVDs for 10,000 Yen is cheap. It works out less than 1,000 Yen per DVD for God's sake. Some shops have literally thousands of titles available. Almost any porn title is available, including lots of stuff from the USA.

You may find that Gas Panic might be too young, Heartland should be fine, and at Castillos you may find yourselves being outpaced by fellas older than yourselves.On 2 - That varies from place to place, there are some clubs that do not allow jeans.
