While tourist inflation is often a topic of concern, the international scene at Sharks is a non-mongering aspect that I actually enjoy. Conversations with strangers from the opposite side of the world is a pleasant activity to partake in between rooms. There are some stereotypes that the girls and I myself will admit to reinforce. I do however recognize that they are just stereotypes and am for the most part joking. Unfortunately that is not the case all the time for all as many often enjoy scapegoating and carry personal vendettas. For the most part, the French guys are great, and more often I mean the non Franco-French guys. The French-French guys from Paris however seem to be an obnoxious lot in the same way a LOS Angeles douche or a Silicon Valley tech bro is obnoxious. It's specific and endemic to specific groups. I've met African French, Madagascan French, Arab Frenc, good dudes. So maybe it is the Paris Francophiles that really make the girls go ew.
